if I could rate this a zero I would. First of all the service sucked so bad that they took 10 minutes for just a appetizer and 45 minutes for our food?!?! Not only that they took so long that they had to get two waiters and there was only 4 tables at the time. After they gave us our food the potato was raw so was the pasta we ordered. Never coming back!

There was a group of 9 of us. Some of us ordered the same things, but food was brought out one dish at a time(over a 2 hour period). By the time everyone got served many of us were finished with our meals. Our server was nice, but there was one older lady helping out who was quite rude. I forgot to make a pic of my food, but I had the fish and chips, it was good. The drink was good as well. I think it was called a Shark Bowl... We ate at the Madison location.

My husband and I went here for dinner on Saturday night around 6 PM. It was fairly busy, but not terribly. We were seated promptly near 3 different families with crying small children who were not being disciplined, so the atmosphere was immediately ruined. Our waitress was named Paris, and she mumbled, so we could barely hear her. My husband ordered his favorite, the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. It was not sizzling on the skillet and was cold when he got it. I ordered the glazed salmon, which was pretty good. The worst part, though, was Paris walking all over the restaurant with my husband's debit card for over 10 minutes when we were trying to pay for the meal and leave. He was not comfortable with it, and we had no choice after all of that to let the tip reflect our experience. We don't like to do that, because we've both worked in the industry before, but it seemed justified this time. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon. Going to head north and try the Madison location next time and hope for a better experience.

Waitress was not friendly at all tables were sticky when I asked her to wipe it back over the huffed and barely wiped it the table was still sticky food took forever to come out I asked for my steak one way got it well done waited so long that I got it to go will never come here again at least not this location no wish I could give some of it zero stars

Instead of trying to see about new customers the employees would rather hide in the back, look at you , or ignore you. Multiple people walked in after I asked to seat myself and shortly left after they seen that no one was interested in making money. I’ll never step foot in here again

Horrible...the bartender did not know what a perfect margaritas was , the bartender!!!! I was bought the shaker with the strainer to the table to shake and pour. Tea with no sugar when I asked for twice. The food was Luke warm. Total time inside for 1 order was 1 hour 15 minutes. I only had lime chicken.... wow. Unbelievable!!!!

This was one of my favorite restaurants when younger. I stopped eating out as much so really don’t visit very often. Went today because they offered Veterans a free meal. This has been going on for more than a decade but I rarely take the time to enjoy the offer. But I definitely appreciate what they do each year for Veterans. We were also given $5 gift card. This was unique to all establishments and once again very thoughtful!!!!! Someone in corporate really put a lot of thought into what it means to be a Veteran.My cousin and I decided to go together. We had such a great experience as the server was very nice and the atmosphere was very pleasant and clean. The restroom was also clean.I ordered pasta and he ordered chicken fingers. The pasta was very good!They also have 2 Veteran parking spaces which is very thoughtful! We serve during a war and FREEDOM IS NEVER FREE so to go as far as having special parking spaces means a great deal because most establishments don’t do this!!!I highly recommend visiting this location! There is plenty of parking and easy access if you use traffic signal.
