I'm a big Basils fan - since I found their original Bellhaven location back in 2009. It's convenient to have this location. This is one of my favorite sandwich spots. Oh for the love of the bread! My fav is the grilled chicken & bacon (the Zoey) and I love it old school style - which is replacing the mayo with cream cheese and adding olive salad. Yum. Also absolutely love their pasta salad and tomato soup.
This place has great food! I'm addicted to their sandwiches & homemade pimento cheese! Everything I've tried is excellent. The place isn't fancy but it doesn't need to be. Comfortable booth seating & relaxed atmosphere. Order at the counter, take a seat & food is brought to table. Definitely a favorite of me & my hubby!!!

Ordered two pizzas and that was one of the worst crust I’ve ever had. idk if it was just a bad day or this is the usual but the crust was dense and gummy…very hard to chew. The toppings were good and the spicy ranch sauce was the only thing that made it somewhat enjoyable.
