I usually love coming to the location on Lake Harbour Drive because I know at least the food is gonna be hot and fresh but today it was not. The only thing that was kinda fresh was the burger. The fries were not as I asked for them to be. when I ask for no salt on the fries, it means to cook them fresh but they gave me some old fries. I am so disappointed. They usually give better food service than this..

The worst customer service I ever had. I placed online order to pick up. When I reached the store to pick up, the lady so called "staff" started shouting "only drive-thru" "only drive-thru". She didnt even bother to ask, "how can I help or what is the order". The workers appeared to hate their jobs and seemed being inconvenienced by our visit. At least they should know the basics of customer service. Also if they want to do only drive-thru,there should not be option available to order online or pick up, making the customers to be fooled around.

They must have got a new person that knows what they are doing. Fast for lunch and the burger so good and fresh plus customer service was good! I think they call him Damion. Thank you for the best whopper jr I have ever had!

THIS REVIEW IS BASED OFF OF EMPLOYEE INTERACTION, NOT MANAGEMENT.This place had no AC on the hottest day of the year, 102 almost with 100% humidity. They still made their employees work, and the newest hire shaniqua still served me with a great attitude and was very nice. Management needs to value their employees better, I would go as far as to say it’s inhumane for management to make their employees work in a massive hotbox like that.

Now that they have an option I like I am waiting for them to drop it off the menu like they always do. Seems to be a high turnover place for employees and little things like the soda machine being out of order, but in the end it was ok.

Terrible attitude and service. If I pull through the drive through I expect to get my food at the drive through window not to be told to move to the other side because you want to scam the ticket times. Then get mad because I refuse to move to the parking lot. My advice train your staff better

Placed a simple order. Two sausage/egg and cheese croissants. One croissant with just egg and cheese and two hash brown. When we got home found out that the croissant with egg and cheese didn’t have the egg. How hard is it to place a simple order and get it correct??what ever happened to checking the order before handing it to the customer???

Absolutely the worst experience at BK ever. I try to always be patient and understanding when workers are stressed. But there was no one in the restaurant when we came and only one or two cars in the drive thru. There was nobody to stress these three employees!The workers appeared to hate their jobs and hate being inconvenienced by our visit. When we came in one of them looked at us like "Who are you to come in here?!?" Eventually she came over and mumbled "Can I help you?"The food was fine, but it took over 10 minutes to get two Whoppers!! My daughter ordered fries separately and the fries took over 5 minutes. If I had the audacity, I would have video'd them.Maybe they all were having a hard day and we happened to come in at the tail end of their shift. Even still, it's no excuse for making paying customers feel like dirt for stopping in.To the management: please retrain your employees. And if they don't want to be trained, they don't need to work there.

I have consistently poor experiences here. I just waited on my mobile order for over 20 minutes (I think we ended up at 27 minutes) with only 1 other car coming through the drivethru behind me and no one in front of me, then when I went inside, all 6 employees were standing in a circle talking as if they had no customers, which would have been true if I were not still pulled up outside their door to make way for the car behind me as they had requested 20 minutes prior. They had forgotten my order, despite their assurances they had not. I overheard one finally say that their timer didn't go off. I have a sprained ankle and should not have needed to go in to remind these folks I was sitting out there.Their drive-thru window is also absolutely smashed, which I can only assume came from another disgruntled customer (not that this is justified in anyway if that is the cause of the shattered screen) which makes speaking and ordering via drive thru a pain.

I tried to go inside lobby it was lock at 4pm. I went thru the drive thru for a Whopper w/cheese combo. Received a burger with to bottom buns that were rubbery tried to eat once I got back to work but could barely chew one bite.
