We booked the Chef's Dining Room for a private party of twelve this past Saturday and couldn't be happier with our experience.The room itself has a round table and that made it nice to be able to talk to everyone in the group. The room does have a door, so we were not disturbed/ did not disturb others in the dining room.The food was excellent. We ordered several appetizers and everyone raved about the Pimento Cheese Toast.Most folks got a half wedge salad and were pleased with it. Members of the group ordered steaks, seafood, and burgers and everyone enjoyed their meal. Food was served in a timely fashion and everything was delicious.Most of the group got desert and we enjoyed the Strawberries & Cream Blondie, Carmel Tart, and the chocolate cake.Our server, Alex, and the other staff that assisted him did a wonderful job in making sure we were taken care of and provided excellent service. They were there when we needed them, but did not intrude on our celebration.This was our first dinner at CAET and it will not be our last. The food and service is excellent and I highly recommend CAET for dinner and also if you need a place for a private dinner/function.
Went for Valentine's Day and the food and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. This was my first time visiting and I was not disappointed. I recommend reserving a table in advance. It was a busy night on the day we went so we did have a little wait but I was glad to have a table. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the crab claws. Chef's kiss. Will definitely be back soon.

The food was delicious. The service was great. Even though it was a party of 8 the wait time was short. We enjoyed a drink on the patio while we waited. Our server Kaitlyn did an excellent job.

We love to get the Jackson Hot Catfish appetizer and the wedge salad. They are a great combo and deliciously different than most catfish and salad. The staff and management are great and always pleasant.Kid-friendliness: Our grade school grandchildren eat there regularly and enjoy it. The atmosphere is child appropriate.

Ambiance was good, restaurant was filed with happy people. Had fantastic onion rings for an appetizer but quickly learned the dipping sauce was not ketchup! Salmon was prepared to my liking and garlic mashed were also great . 5 stars and a great dinner outing for my wife and I

Service was good. Ribeye was perfectly cooked and the sauce it came in was good. The Brussel sprouts were a little overly salty. We also ordered the NOLA spicy shrimp and grits which were delicious. The sauce was on point. I didn't know what to drink so our waiter recommended a pomegranate martini and I ended with an express martini. Both were made well. The old fashion feedback was delicious. The table next to us got the chocolate peanut cake or something which they raved about but we were too full for dessert. Would definitely return. Clean bathrooms with individual stalls and sinks.
