My dad and I came here a few nights ago some time after 8pm last Sunday on April 7th to order food to-go. We both ordered the 4 piece chicken strip basket with gravy, and I ordered a small red velvet cake blizzard with mine. The food was good and we both enjoyed our meals (I had never tried the red velvet cake blizzard before but it is very good from my experience), however the service was below average. The young lady at the register who took our order (short and light-skinned) was well-meaning, but it was evident that she had not received proper training for the job mainly because of how when she gave us our orders she set them on the counter with the boxes wide open because she did not know how to fold it to properly close them. Eventually my dad had to kindly show her how to fold the boxes closed as she tried to do it but was unsuccessful. For the first box she brought out we had to ask her for the cup of gravy that's supposed to come with it, and before that not too long after we had put our order in we don't know exactly why it happened but we were overcharged for our meals at first which the young lady had to go consult someone else about to fix it and we were charged correctly the second time. While waiting for our food, we noticed the restaurant looked very short-staffed with like 3 young folks working there just standing around looking like they just don't care. My father and I both agreed that poor management is evident at this location.

Slow, slow service. I was the only car in 5he drive thru line. Ordered 2 large sundaes and one cheeseburger. The lady at the WI dow was not polite. My sundaes were the wrong size so I had to have that remade also she forgot I had ordered a cheeseburger so she opened the window and just said "you need something?" I told her that she forgot my cheeseburger and she looked confused then closed the window and grabbed the burger. Waste of time and money. My cheeseburger was also cold. Not warm but cold. Very dissatisfied.

I waited 30 minutes today for two blizzards. One was the mint brownie blizzard (which looked at least partially frozen) and the other was the Choco Brownie Extreme blizzard (see pictures). It was completely inedible and the consistency of soup. Complete waste of time and money. Please do better or close the doors.

We stopped for ice cream it was so good and thick like ice cream should be. You could turn cup upside down and not a drop falls out.

Food and service are great. My wife loves Blizzards! You gotta try them. I also absolutely love cheese curds and they will be the death of me. The one thing I would probably miss about the south is Dairy Queen, were I to move...if that gives you any idea.
It is shocking today to be greeted and happily served by employees in a fast food restaurant. I ordered an ice cream cake online and went to pick it up. Every single employee of the restaurant was kind, happy, and friendly. It's sad that that is so out of the norm but this is the best service I have received at any type of restaurant in a very long time. The ice cream cake (and the blizzard I picked up for the drive home) was delicious as well! Great job Dairy Queen!
I love their birthday cakes! I went here early today to get one and experienced great customer service! Thanks y’all!

Standard DQ fare, but they don't keep their posted hours. Often stop taking drive through orders at 9:30, a half hour before official closing time. Cars line up at the drive though and wait and wait. If they want to close at 9:30 that's fine, just don't advertise that you're open until 10.
