Ordered a cookie cake for someone’s birthday and picked it up 30 mins before the party. Got home and opened it and it was very sloppy work. Colors didn’t match, birthday was spelled birtday. They started the messaging to low because of some weird design they put on the top, so they ran out of space for the name and just crunched it in there. Took it back and they wouldn’t make a new one and just scraped it off and tried to redo it. It wasn’t much better and could see the scraped icing on the bottom. Definitely skip this place and drive to Flowood or Pearl. Wish I could share a pic.

Unbelievable. We drove all the way across town and arrived at 7:25 (they close at 8:00pm) and the help was mopping the floor and the doors were locked. 4 cars in the parking lot and more driving up and she said we needed to call Phil Whitehead at Headquarters if we had an issue because he said close and hour early to save money since the students were out of town. YGBSM ! What about us locals that live here 52 weeks a year and support all these businesses. We went to YaYas and they were open as usual - my advice is “locals spend your money with those who care about us”.

My yelp review doesn't allow Zero stars for Great American Cookies Today is December 10th, 2023 Sunday afternoon and this cashier gave the most unprofessional customer service and inhumane treatment towards my husband. I am mixed and was raised by my predominantly Caucasian family and learned a lot about certain cultural behaviors and body language gestures and what they mean. This lady was so disrespectful and distasteful, she behaved as though my husband was beneath her service and have facial expressions of displeasure and disgust. My husband respectfully put in his order with the pleasant and respectful younger female worker but the older woman showed disproval behavior before my husband was assisted by her. I sat back and watched the whole thing process patiently to see if maybe it wasn't what I seen but it wasn't anything but what she displayed unprovoked unprofessional and inappropriate behavior towards a paying human being, my husband is Ethiopian and African American and he waited patiently not touching anything and waiting for his order to be rung up. Your disgust showed and you didn't even try to hide it...this is purely distasteful and we will continue to inform everyone who we meet about our experience because he was not treated as a paying customer in a professional manner. We WILL NOT RETURN, she has impacted our experience in a negative way. This in he box thinking is so outdated and life is too short for this mindset.

Called late afternoon for a party the next day, yeah me procrastinating. They told me they could have it ready in an hour. Sure enough ready and prepared as requested. Thank you!! As far as the price people are complaining about, yeah it’s not inexpensive. But if you’re so worried about price, make your own.

Bad service. Went on a busy day. Guy at cash register told other worker to take other's orders in the line. I ordered 2 icees which she fixed and sat them on the counter and told him to ring us next. So he taking his time. Keep in mind icees melt. So this other man looked like a Mgr takes the next lady in line order rings her up and we still waiting. The other worker moves the icees so he can go ahead and ring us up. He pushes the icees to the side and continues to fix the current order. So we still waiting. Once he fixes their food. He then rings us up like we did something wrong and tries to rush me on out the store. I stood there and took my time tasting the icees because honestly whatever game Colby (name from my receipt) was playing he should play on his time and not the company time.
I called first thing in the morning, as I didn't Know what time they opened. Keira answered the phone and was so delightful. She was such a help including repeating back the name that I wanted on the cookie cake, she knew prices, and reassured me that the cake would be big enough for the number of people I needed it for. She also, on her own, asked if I was taking it to a school and offered to cut the cake prior to icing it. She was such a delight to work with. Thank you Keira!

North park mall ridgeland, ms... If I could give a negative star review I would. Every time I come here it’s never pleasant. Today tipped me over the edge. I was craving a cookie so bad but when I walked up to the counter there were 3 employees loudly yelling at each other and not one of them even acknowledged that I was there. I waited to see if they would wrap up their conversation but no. When I got irritated enough with them I walked away obviously irritated, one of them yelled behind me “you’re welcome” in the most disrespectful and sarcastic tone. I will never visit another store again because I refuse to shop with a company that hires people with no respect or care.
