I don't believe I've ever been treated as kind as I was at Green Ghost in Ridgeland. The staff and the owner were exceptional. Because of how I was treated, I will now make it a point to go to the Ridgeland Green Ghost on a regular basis. My kids are about to have a new favorite restaurant.

Their Birria tacos are just amazing. It's our second visit to the Ridgeland location, and we likely have found our go-to restaurant. Daniella and Sabrina made sure we had everything we needed, and Anna, owner/manager, paused her busy afternoon to sit with us and share some restaurant history and family passion for the place. First off, the gentleman who greeted my friends & I as we walked in the door today was by far the most pleasant and good-energy person in the service industry I've encountered in yeeeears! He deserves a raise.And the food is just miles better than all the Mexican restaurants in the Flowood, Brandon, Ridgeland area. You can tell the food is made with much better quality ingredients than typical Mexican cuisine. Even the basics like chips, salsa, rice, and beans are just way better. Service was great and overall just a wonderful experience. I'm so glad they have a larger building with lots more seating!

Love going to Green Ghost Tacos in Fondren! The Food is amazing and I highly recommend the enchiladas plate with rice and beans or the Green Ghost on corn tortillas.

I ordered from door dash. The pictures and reviews looked pretty good. I ordered the birria tacos, ground beef taco, chicken taco and steak taco. The Birria Tacos were super greasy not crispy not alot of meat more cheese than necessary. If the Birria tacos had more meat and the taco was crispy I would rate higher. Carne Asada taco was okay - got the traditional, chicken taco was a bit dry (traditional), the ground beef had corn in it - not good. I would try a different location and possibly in person. At this time I was highly disappointed.
