They are extremely slow even if you order online. And they are rude. They don't use glove when they make your pizza. They really need a surprise visit from the health department

I walked in 25 minutes before closing and was told I could not order because they were done taking orders. I repeated that it says they don’t close until 10pm and it was 9:35. I find it completely unacceptable that they couldn’t possibly take my order in this amount of time.

Well it's Little Caesars, so it's hot and ready, most of the time. It's not the best pizza out there but it's cheap, it's hot, and, most of the time, it's ready. The customer service is always excellent at this location. It would however be beneficial to maybe schedule an extra employee or two for the lunch rush. They are doing the best they can with what they have but service could be more expeditious if they had more staff. (If you're having a hard time getting people to work there I suggest offering more in terms of pay and benefits). Just because it's "fast food" doesn't mean your employees don't deserve a decent wage and benefits(insurance, pto, sick days, vacation time, etc. The atmosphere is great, very friendly employees, good music in the lobby, and a good vibe! I don't know their names but there is a woman who works at the counter who is awesome, and there is a guy who I believe works in the back who is always getting stuff done!

I want to compliment EVERY person working July 5th at 7:15 tonight. They are the best people working in this industry I've come across. I was sick and irritated and they literally never lashed back at me like I did them. It made me hopeful in humanity yet again! Real Angels from Heaven I Need in my life to change my own point of view for the better! Wish I could have these people in my life always!

Ordered 1 cheese pizza and 1 3meat. To say dissatisfied would be an understatement. They both were cold and hard by the time I got home and I'm no more than 5 minutes from this location. Some of the meat was so hard it couldn't even be eaten. I don't know how long they had been in the warmer but in my opinion those should have been trashed. I usually check my order before leaving but this particular time for some reason I didn't. Wasn't satisfied AT ALL!!!!

I know it's hard finding help now, but I must say my food is always good!! Please tell your people to stop complaining in front of customers about how long they've been at work and how they're so ready to go. Also, when you have new hires, don't leave alone to figure it out for themselves.
