Came here for lunch. Food was delish. The blackened chicken sandwich and onion rings were very good. Hubs had a burger and enjoyed it. Staff was very attentive. We will be back!

I have never had a good experience here. It used to be called majestic burger, but I am assuming no one thought their burgers were majestic because they changed their name. One time I went in this restaurant pre-pandemic and all the tables were dirty and they had a waitress/hostess wipe the table down for us. The dish cloth was filthy, it left the table smelling like mold and mildew, completely took my appetite away. Not surprisingly my party received abysmal service that day. The waitress was totally inattentive. Another time I frequented, again pre-pandemic, it was a similar story. I thought I would mix it up and get the gumbo, well I can make better gumbo than that with the Kroger kit. I wish this place could get it together because there really are not just a ton of original places in Madison/Ridgeland relative to larger metro areas. To sum it up I would say service is negligent, food is cheap and fried, and you may or not get seated at a stinky smelling table

Googled burgers…Majestic Kitchen came up! Thanks Google, the atmosphere was great, walked in and was greeted by the beautiful cashier/hostess Hollie, she took our order and within minutes the food came out, kudos to the chef. Definitely will be going back soon.

This place is so good! I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one for them! Everything was hot, fresh, and well seasoned! Some restaurants that I visit give me thin burger patties, but the burger here was REALLY good! Everything I ordered tasted amazing!! Would recommend and I found me a new place to eat!

My friend and I ate here on our break, the food was delicious and got us full. The food is in very big portions, but soooo amazing!!! 10/10

Staff and servers were friendly and the food was excellent! Some of the best fried pickles and onion rings and burgers in town. Burgers on a sour dough bun is my new favorite food!

Taste good but it is better depending on how they plate the food for the visual.

Food and staff were excellent. I ordered the Hawaiian burger with loaded fries and my wife ordered the Majestic burger with loaded fries. Honestly some of the BEST burgers we have ever tasted! Burgers were huge and the fries plentiful. We were so full we didn't have room try the desserts. We will definitely be back!

This is a burger joint. It looks nice, but it is noisy and the service is consistently bad. The menu is extremely limited. The servers are also very limited. Our server did not know what kind of beer they offer. On a previous visit, our server did not understand the menu - what and how many sides accompany a given entre. On our most recent visit, my burger was to be medium - was cooked well past that. The bottom bun was soggy with meat juice or grease - inedible. The burger itself was over salted. My wife's Shrimp Alfredo featured overcooked shrimp with pasta swimming in oil. We visited this location twice. Never again!

I used to love this place until I bit into one of their burgers and pulled out a long hair. I submitted feedback AND emailed one of the owners and no one has even tried to contact me and apologize. Such a shame.

Tonight I chose Majestic Kitchen because I had a craving for a hamburger & the menu offered a gluten-free bun. They were busy & understaffed today, but I noticed that staff were all working together well & covering for one another. Despite the challenge they were attentive to guests, polite, & positive in attitude. When I ordered my hamburger (the Texan), I asked about the french fries. Most restaurants have one fryer for all items, & unfortunately Majestic Kitchen is not an exception. This is a massive oversight in light of offering a gluten free bun, & the fact that there are not very many breaded items on the menu that could go in a different fryer. So instead of hot fries, I decided to try the slaw instead. I did not like the slaw- imagine pouring maple syrup into cole slaw & that approximates the "creamy slaw" they offer. My burger itself was a mixed result. The meat was dry, & overcooked even though I asked for medium to medium rare. The cheese was skimpy. But the sauce was good & the jalapenos were just right. The gluten free bun was the best I have ever had. 10/10. It stayed together, had good size & great texture, & wasn't tough.I'm going to give them another go sometime when they aren't busy. Maybe they will have fries in the future.

Cool breeze on the patio while the sunset. BYOB though, pay for the pineapple juice there if you want. Food was 8 out of 10.

My man and I ordered hamburgers and fried pickles! The food here is good! It would've been better had they not severed me old cold loaded fries!!

This was my first visit and will not be the last. There wasn't a wait and didn't have to wait long for our food after ordering. Ordered the fried shrimp poboy and loved it. The service was great as well.
