Had the best experience at my lunch today - the manager and front of house staff was so pleasant! There was some confusion since I had a special order and the manager and lady at the front register were so nice and helpful! Thank you for such a great experience and food was even better!
Saw a rat run across the building, food was terrible, Ken Harris is a terrible manger, attitude problem, didn’t help me with my order…smells like dirty diapers , and wet sour floors almost fell.

It was a great place. Me and my friend were there in town for a soccer tournament. We went there to eat and I was good. Not as many options if u dont want sandwiches. The Mac and cheese was ok. It's a good spot for a quick lunch. I made a funny video with my friend on my channel "thatgirladdison11"

We have gone to this Newk's location for years and have never had an employee interaction like this before. Lately when we have been coming to eat, we order the Pick 2, cup of soup and small mac and cheese. We went to the order station and the server, who we have seen work there for a while now, punched in my mother's order wrong. While my mother and I were confirming to each other that the order was wrong on the screen, the server heard the conversation and with the rudest, most vile tone said, "Fine I will fix it" while throwing her hands in the air, my mother tried to explain to her that we were talking to each other; leading to the server getting her manager. The long dark haired manager was very helpful and tried to get our order correct, asking if we had remembered the previous employee who had helped us our last visit. The previous employee with long black hair and bangs came up to the counter and with the help of the manager completed our order but they also thoroughly explained how the system had been updated last Tuesday and that they were no longer able to do the small mac and cheese and the cup of soup, with the original server standing back not saying a single word after being extremely rude to us. We thanked the server and manager for helping us understand the new update and how we will have to order in the future. Once we had gotten our drinks and sat at our table, the manager came back to us to make sure everything was okay and then explained the system, once again, and then the app reward points.We have come to this Newk's location for years, lately the food has either been a hit or miss and we keep going back in hopes of it being good. But this interaction made us have the conversation of not coming back to this location, especially if they allow their employees to speak to their guest this way. I do applaud the manger and the employee with long black hair with bangs for having outstanding customer service skills and being so kind, not just in the way they spoke to us, but in the way they explained the situation and made it right for us.

I got food poisoning, decided to give my stomach a rest. Went to Newk’s for some potato soup. Oh my goodness, the chef must of stubbed his toe while dumping in the salt, and then, didn’t have enough sense to taste it. I got salt flavored potato soup. Simply awful!
My food was prepared with fragments of other food on the sandwich. It was awful and messy. I will never eat there again.

Quick order for lunch. This place does get really busy but the food came out hot and the deliver it right to your table. It was the perfect place to go with a large group of people.Parking: This place can be pretty busy so parking was a little tough finding parking. The parking is shared with all the businesses for the plaza.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly environment! Plenty of options for the kids to eat.

Why is the food so bad now? Why have you changed your chicken from high quality thick cut chicken to soggy lunch meat? You think people want to pay $12 for a soggy lunch meat chicken Newk’s Favorite? Raise the prices don’t cut quality, second Newks visit in a row where I would describe the food as borderline inedible.
