I was given a Black and Bleu salad with no steak on it. I had to get the server's attention to get it corrected. But that should have never happened. Who is checking the food coming out of the kitchen? I'm a huge Newks fan and this has me disappointed.

This used to be a good restaurant with excellent food at a decent price. Got 2 pizzas and a salad to go yesterday. The quality of both the pizzas and the salad have sunk - cheaper, not-fresh ingredients. Pizzas seem smaller. ? Unfortunate.

Ordered a Caesar salad. Cashier took my order and pops up a message on the card reader asking for a tip. A tip? All you do is make the food and give it to me. Why would I leave a tip for that? It's your job. You aren't going out of your way to bring me drinks and condiments. As for the salad it wasn't very good. Looks like they cut up the butt of the salad and dropped in in my bowl. $12 for that? No thanks.

Nice and clean dining experience with extremely fresh ingredients. My pizza was great though the crust could be more done. Also the pricing was very similar to other places here local.

I guess the cashier on the To Go Order side woke with hate on her mind today. Not a hi, how are you, , just a look, so I said I’m here to pick up a to go order. When she brought my to go order, she kinda just threw it at me. To the tune of it falling over, I noticed all the sandwiches had sauce smeared all over the containers. I spent 10 minutes reorganizing the package so I could carry it out. If I was a “Karen” when I walked up, I could see the aggravation. But I was polite. Have no idea what her problem was.. I love Nukes, but this is not acceptable.
I stopped at this location for a late dinner on a work trip. Even though the were close to closing for the night, all the food was fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and great! I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again.

I think they are under new management. Long wait for my food. We ate in the restaurant. It looked dirty. Workers were apathetic and slow. They would rather visit with each other. We had to wait for the worker to come to the front and take our order. The salad was the smallest and worst looking thing I have ever seen from Newks. This was the Lake Harbor location.
Nice place to eat and the French dip is very good.

Ordered door dash. Got 2 wrong pizzas and untoasted sandwich. Called and manager had attitude and guaranteed it was toasted. Drove out and she had pizzas waiting. No conversation just totally rude and nothing but attitude. Not eating food because im betting totally spit on. No more newks ever for me! The attitude was soooo nasty. As if i made the mistake. No responsibility no customer service just hostility. Never again.
