Went here for my birthday last year and the server was very sweet. She suggested some great items as appetizers and they did not disappoint. The Thai is amazing.

We came for a late lunch traveling through the area. Most of my family have gluten allergy or sensitivity. Veronia was very attentive to our needs and did a fabulous job making sure we were well taken care of. Ben, the Sous chef, even made my wife a special gluten-free dressing. Oscar, the managing partner, even came to our table to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you for all of the special attention. Being gluten-free is not easy and most restaurants are not nearly as attentive as today. Food was wonderful and service was better! Thank you!

I want to give it a 2, but the service was excellent and the server was friendly. I am so disappointed that my go to soup "Chang's Spicy Chicken Noodle soup" is off of the menu. That was one of the best soups.:( The dumplings are okay, and the Chicken pad Thai is mediocre at best. Not worth the money. I was able to get the recipe to the soup, so I guess I will make it myself. Great job with the waite staff, professional and friendly.

Jennifer was the most upbeat server I have ever had. She recommended several dishes, that was too my liking and taste pallet. We requested a dish that was no longer on the menu and the cook was more than happy to prepare it for my sisters birthday

Changs is always good! This one was no exception! We got the Mongolian trio and for the first time we got sushi! The place was spotless and the staff spot on. If you haven't ever been, give it a try! If you have been, then come on back y'all! It's that good!

Gave me the wrong order three times. I was patient the first time but after a while it was just ridiculous. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and I got shrimp every time, and it seemed as though they just brought me the same plate with slightly less shrimp on it hidden under the noodles. It's not a complicated order?? I'm just confused. Gave up and ate what was given. Good thing I don't have a shrimp allergy or it would've been much worse... My expectations weren't high to begin with, but it really seems like no one cares over there.
If you are looking for some tasty ramen or authenticity this is the place to be, absolutely delicious? Wait staff was amazing!! They have a shellfish menu for anyone allergic like me! The atmosphere is too notch! Low lighting and quiet!

Ended our day trip to Jackson excited to eat at one of our favorite places. I was not impressed at all. Service was slow. Our meal was sub-par to say the least. Several of the items we enjoyed weren't on the menu anymore, but we were ok with trying something new. However, my sons fried rice wasn't cooked well at all. They didn't have teriyaki sauce which was surprising. The new ramen bowl...meh. I probably could have made it better at home. The steamed dumplings were just gross. I couldn't even chew the pork that was inside, and the outside was almost raw. The waitress had 3 inch long nails, but no worries because we hardly saw her. There was a large amount of food on the floor around our table from the lunch rush. I'm glad we didn't drive over just for the meal, as it would have been extremely disappointing. Won't be coming back. So sad...

Soooo I don't even know what to say about my experience at PF Chang's. There was some kind of conflict going on between the kitchen and the people in the front and it just made for a very hostile and awkward environment. My food did come out cold but they handled it and didn't charge me. There were several complaints about the food at my table but a lot of them were to weirded out about what was going on with the staff to say anything. I heard good things from about half of our party( their was about 11 of us). I think they need another chance. Maybe it was just an off night.
