I really enjoyed the 15 calorie meal that I had. It was supposed to be the Bacon Avo melt. Wow. The hint of bacon was incredible. Really. I wasn't aware you could flavor bread this way.If you're looking for delicious toast you should come here. However, if you want a sandwich with contents in it, I advise you to look elsewhere.

I picked the Take 2 option. The chicken bacon sandwich was really good as the chicken was very tender, the foccia bread was perfect and the cheese was gooey like I like it. The ranch cobb salad was okay. The charged strawberry lemonade (contains caffeine) was delicious and it gave me the boost needed to finish the day strong. I was able to enjoy this in a nice, clean atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: This is a kid-friendly atmosphere. They will find plenty of sweet delicacies to choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is easily accessible for wheelchairs. It also has a nice patio area for all patrons.

As of April 3, the menu on the app is not reflective of the new menu inside the restaurant. For instance, the dinner menu. Apparently the Mediterranean Bowl with Grilled Chicken no longer exists but is now “just like” the “Chx Medtrn&Grains Sld”. It was nothing like the bowl was. Hardly anything comparable besides the name and the grass that comes with all “Sld”. Furthermore, this new menu eradicates the spicy chicken sandwich. In its place, the “Spicy Blfo Chx Melt” was billed, and it looked sloppy bad—even for a to-go order. This is “a new era of Panera” indeed, and one I will not be a part of.

Screwed up order and not accommodating at all to law enforcement. Overcharged for a drink as well. Much different than the other location. I will go to the other location next time. This, not pleased at all. Do better. $30.00 for a small amount of food should be much better than this fast food.

My friend and I went here for lunch at about 12:45 PM. There were people at one of the two registers and two parties in line ahead of us. A young woman was standing behind the pastry counter putting items in a bag as if preparing an order (maybe take out or delivery). The line continued to grow behind us, yet she made no move to take orders at the other register. The person at the first register was nice and efficient, which kept the line moving at a reasonable pace. New customers arrived and the line grew but the woman in the pastry area made no effort to take orders. She was organizing the pastry selection and watching the line grow. There were only a few loaves of bread and a very small selection of pastries left, even though it was not yet 1:00 and the middle of lunchtime. No additional items were added, she just moved around what was available and ignored the line.When my friend and I had our turn, I noticed a man cut through the existing line and walking up to the second register. The woman in pastries met him at the register and took his order promptly. She had made no effort to take orders from the people in the line. After she took the man’s order, she walked in the back and was not seen again. This prompted me to ask if the other register was just for pastries. I was told no, not really. I asked why the person did not take any orders from the people who were waiting in line. I was told that she was at the end of her shift and she was preparing the area for the next person.I have service experience so I can speak from experience and say that this is NOT the customer service expected from Panera or any restaurant that charges $15-$20 for a modest lunch! I am appalled that the woman made no effort to assist the customers in the line because she was, “at the end of her shift”!At the same time, she did wait on the man who pushed through and cut in line! What ever happened to the phrase, “May I help the next person in line?” The fact that the man was of similar ethnicity to the inhospitable employee (and those of us in line were not) gave the entire situation an even more negative impact. There is no glaring evidence of preferential treatment, but it certainly didn’t add anything positive to the egregious situation.

Bowl was so dirty! Asked the manager for a clean bowl & he claimed they were all “stained”…. I believe if they just scrubbed their dishes, the bowls wouldn’t be dirty! I legit scrubbed the brown residue from the bowl off with my finger…

This location is a great peaceful atmosphere, went once I got off around 5ish. Customer service was greeting and very patient, with that being my first visit. My pizza came out so fast I was like I just sat down, lol. But It was so good.

This Panera is no longer what it was before the pandemic, now there is almost no variety of sandwiches, soups, breads and pastries; or rather there is almost nothing and by the way the people are rude. They should change everything.
