I just wanted to say that I have never had a good experience with Pizza Hut, and this was no exception. The food was cold by the time they handed it to me like it had been sitting in the back for a long period of time. The service was quick, but the workers seemed severely overworked and tired. The ambiance was horrible it felt like I was in a room with a bunch of zombies. My heart goes out to the workers and I hope they find better job opportunities.

I’m not please AT ALL!!! First, my food was late and cold!!! Second, the order was wrong!! I order a stuffed crust Buffalo Chicken pizza with wings and more ranch!!! I got a boneless chicken wings with a half pineapple, ham and bacon and half sausage and pepperoni pizza!! Then, I tried contacting the store and they answered the phone and didn’t say anything. After, they just left it off the hook!! I haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut in awhile, but won’t make that mistake again!

Every-time I go the customer service is horrible. Recently just went off on the manager because her lack of customer service and gratitude towards the complaint I had. I’m very unsatisfied! She was very dismissive act like it was nothing. She also told me that I could have went somewhere else. The audacity of her. She should be demoted.

My Big Dinner Box was hot and fresh. My drinks were ice cold. My money was well spent.
The pizza is not all that good I recommend thin crust at dominos and the wings are ok at pizza hut I recommend sweet chili but great customer service

After waiting 25 minutes at the store after my scheduled pick up time, I arrived home to an uncooked pizza with cheese that wasn’t even melted. Tried calling for 30 minutes until they closed at 11:00 p.m. but phone call never went through, even after bin transferred from Pizza Hut’s 1800 number.

The call center is horrible! I called to add on to my order and they kept trying to transfer me to the store even though I kept telling them the stores phone was busy.Then the last time I called, they picked up, put me on hold and didn't come back to the phone.

Awful. Twice ordered, twice charged, twice food didn't show up. Stay away from the Pizza Hut on Harbor View Drive in Ridgeland.

Fast and friendly young people working here. Very polite, and that's rare with the younger generation. Food was awesome.
