My husband and I just left the drive-through. We asked for 4 extra sauces at the second window. The girl told us of the extra cost, we paid of course, and she did not give us our extra sauce. I’m very upset about this because her and her coworker were laughing about something immediately after we asked & paid for the sauce. It’s hard for me not to think that this was intentional. I am so disappointed and so discouraged from even bringing my business here again if this is type of behavior that is tolerated at this establishment. Such a shame because the food is always consistently delicious.

Tasty sauce, chicken is ok by itself. Crinkle fries are also ok, not bad. Typical specimen for the chain. This location is popular, drive through line gets long.
Food is always hot and fresh. This store is one of my kids favorites.

If 0 starts was an option, this is what I would chose for this Raising Canes. I had an online pickup order, arrived before closing time, and was not allowed into the establishment to get my food. The employees stood at the counter and watched me stand out in the cold and did not come to see what was wrong. My food sat on the counter for 20 minutes before I was able to get the workers attention, and I was still forced to wait in the line for my food that I already ordered and payed for. Do better Raising Canes.
