The lady at the drive thru window had excellent customer service but the food was not appealing to eye or stomach. However even though her customer service was spot on she handle the food with her bare hands and her hands and nails appeared to be nasty. Not going back here.

Placed an online order with the app at 10:33am with two other vehicles around us. Ordered two coffees and 2 breakfast burritos. Saw those cars leave with other vehicles pull up, order, and leave. The sign said our order was on the way but the enployee went to a different vehicle with that order. It's now 11:03am still sitting at the window and finally a worker came to us and said they do not have the materials to make a rt44 coffee. At 11:08am we got our order minus the rt44. Instead the had swapped for a medium coffee with a medium oceanwater. Not sure who's doing the orders, they lacked communication experience, the business should have communicated what was happening. The sole employee doing the delivery, Jakilah I believe, was so sweet and in my eyes did nothing wrong. But the employee on the mic should have communicated with us.
Not the best experience. They forgot my food and brought my friend his. It was not hot, the fries were mushy and my soda had so much ice it couldn't hold any

I just got a Reeses Blast from here that wasn't mixed well at all. It was pretty much just ice cream. I didn't receive what was advertised as a Reeses Blast. Not highly recommended.
