I’ve been a barista for 3 years, and the management at this location consistently fails to adequately staff each shift. They also seem to have an ongoing food-storage problem, as almost every time i go to this location they either give me bad food or i see bad food get returned.

This place needs to be shut down they never have anything. It’s no way at 7 you have ran out everything multiple times during the week. The cashiers are rude and have nasty attitudes they will never get my service nor money again.

I’d give negative rating if I could. Literally, the store was out of everything prior to lunch. Then tried to add a piece of bread when pulled up to window and they wouldn’t add anything. Even one piece of bread. Terrible. This place has always been terrible and it’s a relatively new

Ordered online 15 minutes before my arrival and then because of construction only drive thru open and they had no alternative way or notice for online ordering. Now, without ability to cancel payment, I’m late for my day even with a 30 minute head start. Severely disappointed in the organization and notice. Took 34 minutes to receive my drink.
