The Kechup is expired since October 6 2023??? We told a staff member she took them back and brought us some new ones and they are still expired?? That isn't okay it's been expired 5 months they really need to look at that check your condiments people!! But nice waiter she tried.

Honestly if you want your food on time just go to the one on State Street. EVERYTIME I order here it takes MINIMUM thirty minutes to get my food. It’s crazy. The food is good ofc, I mean it’s Wingstop. But the service is garbage.

WARNING!!! The wait time will be SUPER long. And I mean longer than 45 minutes. The staff works hard but the food isn’t anywhere near worth the time. I waited over an hour and 45 minutes for my food. I wouldn’t recommend coming here to anyone. There are places in the area to get wings if need be.

I order frequently. Often there is ranch missing or sides missing. This time 10 wings were missing. Ordered delivery through wingstop app. Called wingstop, said I had to go through door dash, even though I paid on the wingstop app. Call door dash. They said call wingstop that they were the ones I paid. Now wingstop is not answering the phone.

Every time I go to this wingstop it never fails how they give me the gummy chicken. I always ask for my chicken to be cooked extra time. I don’t want to chew on my chicken like it’s gum. Half done soft chicken nobody wants. I’m so annoyed they will not get my money again ever! My chicken is literally white! I have to cook them again at home that’s ridiculous
The girl that helped me was great. My order took a little long but it was right at lunch so it wasn’t that big of an issue. The manager on the other hand is DISGUSTING!! He repeatedly berated the employee that helped me for the 20 minutes I was there. He’s also excessively passive aggressive with his tone and aggressive getting in her face for no reason. She did eventually yell back but with him being a so called leader that was uncalled for. Definitely shouldn’t be in that position. His name is Josh.

I placed an order online for delivery. When I got my food my 10 piece fried corn were so cold it felt like they just thawed out from the freezer, I did not get any ranch, and there was no seasoning on my lemon pepper 10 piece. I called the Ridgeland store over 10 times with no answer. It’s very frustrating bc I can’t even eat my food in peace.
