Online order. Order was not ready until 45 minutes after the time the website said it would be later. 2 side items were missing. Requested sauces were not with the order. No silverware or napkins were put with the order. Second time in a row that pickup order was wrong and had to wait. One person cancelled their order that was getting pick up and a couple left without food that were dining in because they didn't have their food after an hour. Will no longer order online from this location.

This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at such a well known restaurant. It took forever for our order to be taken and then after waiting an hour to get our appetizer, we were informed that two out of four of us would have to change our order!

Waited 1 hour for our food, came out so cold butter would not melt Pancake. Waitress acted like she didn't want to be there, didn't even have a pen or paper to take order. Worse place I've ever been. Needless to say that will be my last time going there. Horrible.

what has happened at this location? Wife and I went there for dinner on Sunday evening. Waitress was good however when seated and our silverware and drinks were placed on table there were no knives or spoons, just forks. You can’t spread butter with a fork! One , only one was delivered after bringing to the attention of the waitress. Order was placed but when delivered “wrong” not what wife ordered. Mashed potatoes was one big lump, should have ordered a baked. Chicken was tough as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp for long time and was not the one ordered. This meal was just sad and not pleasant. CB Has really gone down since COVID and is not improving. Our last meal at this location, CB, Saltillo Ms. Not recommending this location to anyone.

We gathered at Cracker Barrel to celebrate a birthday. We had a table of 10. The manager was very professional and accommodating when we arrived. Our server did a great job taking care of us, checking in regularly to refill drinks and to see if anyone needed anything. All attendees were happy with the food that they received.

My daughter misordered and they were fantastic about fixing her error and getting her what she had meant to order. I absolutely did not expect them to do that, I was telling her to be more careful about ordering in the future. The manager was helping drop food and overheard us and offered to fix it! The portions were awesome. Betty was our server, and she was on the ball with everything we asked for.
