My boyfriend put in an order online for me to pick up when I got off work. I got there about 20 minutes before they closed and sat at the speaker for almost 5 minutes and got no response. Went to the first window and honked my horn and still got no response. Went to the second window and saw a couple of people standing around. Honked my horn and got no response. Customer service is terrible… although the attempt to be nice didn’t go unnoticed they could have at least taken some interest in their work rather than constantly talking amongst each other instead to doing their job. We went through the drive thru and needed to constantly repeat ourselves.
