The young lady at the front, isn't very personable. When you get ready to order, she just looks at you. No welcome to 901Wings or nothing. Make me feel good about spending my money at this establishment. On several occasions I have been in there, the phone is ringing, she doesn't answer. And not even busy. I have called and got no answer and I see why. Placed an order for my wings to be fried a little hard. To no avail there were too soft and my wife and I had to put them in the air fyer to cook them a little bit more. The cooks and the hostess have no urgency about themselves. To be a Black Business you have to not inforce the stereotypical things that go on with some Black Business. I use to love this spot, but I think it's time to move on . Because I have to go somewhere where my business is celebrated and not tolerated. ✌️✌️✌️

Let me start by saying horrible customer service, the lady acted like she wanted to go home. For waiting over 40+ minutes we received fries that weren’t even finished cooking! I received 10 piece lemon pepper bites and it’s like the cook dumped the entire seasoning container on it! HORRIBLE AND TASTED SO SALTY I COULDNT EVEN FINISH IT. Do not…DO NOT WATSE YOUR MONEY HERE! Will never be coming back. Even the 20 piece bites we got with just hot sauce had ligaments all within the chicken, I couldn’t believe this place was in business.

I placed an order on Monday that should be ready for pickup on Thursday at 8PM. I arrived 10 minutes before 8 to pick up the order, but the order was not ready. The order was not ready until 8:40PM.
I waited for more then 25 minutes for 10 pc wings like how the two ladies upfront didn’t even rang my order because I done sat there thinking they were busy since people was comin in n out and when I decide to stand up and ask they nearly printed out my receipt and placed it at kitchen! ? Even the youngest one there was already getting lunch like how u don’t see your customers came earlier and just there waiting for the food. I don’t know why they ask for ur name if they all gone shout “ wings “ 10 pc “ 10 pc and salad “ like bro we all came to get some wings shout the mf name so they know if someone else taking someone order . Then the girl that took my order was looking brand new and lost . Even the cook a young man came out and said my order been ready . Hunny the people in the kitchen working hard but them two females need more work training and specially a new character of persona cause racist was what came to my mind .
