Online says it open at 10am and when I got their they said 11am they need to make sure they have the right time on the store all that walking for nothing

If I could give zero stars, I would. We went into this store at 5:08, more than an hour before closing, only to wait in line, get to the front of the line, and for the cashier to rudely announce they had no more pretzels “to serve,” & that all they had left were drinks. How are you going to be a pretzel place with no pretzels? Do I believe they ran out of pretzels? I 100000% believe this lackluster establishment ran out of cooked pretzels and were too lazy to prepare more when they had more than an hour to go to closing time. Shameful. Ridiculously, utterly, embarrassingly shameful.

The young woman or old teenager who waited on me wasn't very helpful. I was trying to remember what kind of pretzel I liked and she just grabbed an original and put it in a bag as if that was what she was going to sell me whether I ordered it or not. Then I asked if they had a garlic pretzel and she just flatly said no. I felt a little rushed so I just took what I was given. The original pretzel was dry, cool and a little tough. It was then in the car that I remembered that I used to order an original with garlic salt and a cheese dip. If I hadn't been rushed to place an order I might have taken home something I actually liked although I don't think the quality of the pretzel would have been any better.

Fresh pretzels Fast Service Nice music is usually playing Employees seem friendly and helpful Oh, here's a tip just in case if you are unaware, if you are a frequent member, frequent usage member of the auntie Annie's pretzel shop, you can put in your telephone number inside the store at the kiosk and you can be eligible for certain coupons or certain dollar off codes or certain percentages off Also, if you have room on your phone to download yet another app and you can always download the Auntie Anne's app and according to your frequency in purchasing you also get a complimentary pretzel on your birthday again that's with usage of the app

Once upon a time I worked for Auntie Anne’s, and one thing my manager and the owner did not play about was cross contamination. Take the time to educate one self on changing your gloves consistently. What is the purpose of having the tongs? A customer should not see you touch the oven handle and then pick up the pretzel bites and put them in the lil cup (cross contamination). A food inspector needs to enlighten this location, on that subject along with wearing hair nets.

I love Auntie Anne’s but this location has the worst customer service. The staff is very lazy. No sense of urgency and no hospitality. They never have pretzels available and try to discourage patrons by letting them know that there will be a wait hoping they just leave instead of ordering. Recommendation: Hire an entire new staff because attitudes are contagious.
