Called and inquired about the oreo cookies and cream ice cream cake. I was quoted $27.99. I get there and the price on the box says $27.99. However, it rung up for $29.99. I asked about it thinking it was wrong but the employees said the price was wrong. Cake looks good but I'm sick of the misinformation when it comes the these restaurants. The manager said she put the wrong price so why not just honor the price that was originally shown?

The people working are nice and don’t skimp on the servings! Good place for scooped ice cream. Lots of flavor options and they can do shakes, sundaes, etc. One scoop Oreo cold brew and one scoop cookie dough is my favorite ice cream combo!

I have no idea what happened with the workers but for the past month or two this place has gone down hill! When you walk in, you have to ask the 5 or 6 workers just standing around for them to take your order, then they want to give you looks as of you are bothering them for wanting to get ice-cream. If you don’t want to work then give your position to someone that wants to and appreciates the customers coming in that are helping pay those wages you’re receiving doing nothing. Go to the Horn Lake one if you want great customer service!

The ice cream is good but the customer service sucks. The girl made our order wrong and when i told her, very nicely because i hate being an inconvenience, she acted like it was my fault. I asked for a medium bowl with three scoops and she made a smoothie and then tried to correct me and said i ordered it wrong. why would i ask for a bowl if i was getting a smoothie? afterwards, another employee and her decided they were going to talk about me and laugh while im literally standing right in front of them. i've worked customer service and you always wait until the customer is gone or walk where they can't see you if you're going to bad mouth them. the manager needs to be there and see how the dumb teenagers they always want to hire actually act like to the customers

The sign on the window says on Friday night BR closes at 10:30. At 9:40 we were asked to leave as the lobby was closed and they needed to clean up. I have never tried to stay anywhere passed closing but because the sign said 10:30, we ok. This is the first time I have ever been asked to leave! It’s upsetting especially sine we com to the Southaven store often! If you close before your sign says you should remove the sign!!

Carmyn waited on us and was absolutely fabulous, friendly and made our order perfectly. Ice cream was absolutely delicious, the store was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. If you haven't been there, you must try it!!! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!!
