I have used The Brown Baguette Bakery before, and the cake was beautiful and very flavorful. I loved it....I am again using them for a get together at an assisted living facility. I am excited to see what they create for me from the 1930's to the 1950's Era. I personally love the 1950's Diners with their Neon pinks and Neon aqua colors, bright reds and bright blues, blacks and whites. I am leaving the cake and pink square strawberry yummy things to the cake decorators imagination. I am excited to see the final result when I pick up my purchases in July 2024......Wonderful baker and decorator to work with. I love Brown Baguette!!

My husband ordered this cake for my Ultrasound School Graduation. This cake was adorable as well as yummy! They did such a great job on the opossum and ultrasound transducer. The hazelnut icing was delicious!Thanks so much!

This is a hidden gem that's wonderful. I wish they had a price list available for the public when you walk in the store or labeled the price on the racks inside the case. The cupcakes and petite fours are delicious especially the almond flavor.

Expect the unexpected! I was nervous needless to say.It all started with a photo,email and blank trip. All I can say is Karen came through!! I used Brown Baguette 10 years ago for a baby shower and the same great experience remains. The cake was delicious, creative and the girls loved it

I called to get information on cakes and the person who answered the phone was very unhelpful and could give me zero information. She seemed completely uninterested in helping me. I felt that my phone call was annoying to her and I felt like she was not interested in my business. Not being able to quote me a cake price is understandable but the lack of a helpful, kind and just general good disposition caused me to not want to do business here. Very unfortunate to say the least.EDITED TO ANSWER THEIR REPLY.I absolutely have no problem with your inability to give me a price over the phone with limited information from me. It was 95 percent personality and customer service in this case. The person on the phone seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Totally don't mind though because we are going with Old towne bakery who had an excellent disposition on the phone and could give a round about figure with just a few details which I was able to give because they had the patience on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 to help me. The manner in which you replied does not make you look any better. More defensive than apologetic. The cakes do look amazing and I would have spend a good bit on one. Again, very unfortune. It is extremely rare that I write a bad review. Customer service IS EVERYTHING!

The cupcakes were not tasty and it was very disappointing due to the high reviews. Unfortunately, I could not rate this experience any higher.Yes I tried to cancel due to cancelation with the party, but had no issue paying full price for the cupcakes. I didn't give anyone problems when I was told that my cupcakes were ready. I came and picked them up right away during a storm. That situation doesn't have anything to do with taste. The cupcakes were not good.I do not want an exchange or refund, we received the cupcakes and right is right.
