Had to seat ourselves. Waitress that came to the table had trouble telling us what fountain drinks were available, because she forgot to mention that their CO2 was out. Ordered the spinach artichoke appetizer. Same waitress brought it to the table; it lacked the bread and the salsa advertised on the menu. Sad appetizer with a price point of over $12. Had to flag down another worker since the workers all stay in the back and can be heard yelling and screaming at each other. Asked for the rest of the items on the appetizer - it appears you have to ask for all the items that comes with each menu item if you want to make sure you get what you’re paying for. Our same waitress finally appeared with our order - burger was undercooked, onion soup was old and overly salty, kids’ mac and cheese was dry and unappetizing, and the kids’ grilled cheese was left uneaten as well. The “seasoned” waffle fries came with one seasoned waffle fry on each plate for the burger, and each of the kids plates. No drinks were (which were all teas) were ever attempted to be refilled. We never visited when this place was Fox and Hound; the rebranding appears to haven’t done any favors for this place. We had looked forward to adding a new burger restaurant to our list of places to support and this will definitely not be revisited.

Nothing has changed from its days as Fox and Hound. A name change does not help. Had to find our own seat. Had to go get our own bill as all the servers were leaning on the bar on their phones. The floor was so sticky that my shoes still stuck to the floor when I got home. It's a hole.

Servers are awesome, but the food was awful that I ordered. Twice I've ordered fish and chips. The first time, the fish was undercooked, and the batter was undercooked as well, and the fries were old. The second time, the batter had a sour taste to it, and again, the fries were old. Not sure why the cook or whomever is knowingly dropping old fries on orders but I bet they wouldn't eat them. Champps has got to do better. The atmosphere is ok.
