This place is so ghetto and unprofessional, I came in and they were just ghetto in the back the guy fixing the food was rude and ghetto and unprofessional like he was cooking in his back yard I’m use to professional workers at chipotle, this was a hot mess I would never recommend it plus the lobby was very dirty and they act like it’s a night club once it turns dark. I plan on contacting corporate about the behavior and the professionalism I received when I came there.

I literally walked in at 8:45pm just to get told before I order that they are OUT OF EVERYTHING!!! Can not get a burrito!!! Only order a bowl!! Which was confusing if out of everything!!! Bad part about it was they closed at 11:00pm!! Also a worker smoking in the front entrance!! Explains why no more food was being cooked!!!

The food is not good. To make this Mexican food to make that type of dishes you must have the flavor and seasoning of carnitas and rice and chicken al pastor. I didn't like guacamole. I bought a burrito, it's expensive at all.

The amount of time it took for anyone just to come to the window just to see if our order was ready was ridiculous. The order didn’t come with the chips requested and the girl said they weee out. We watched at least six employees and not one had the decency to acknowledge we were even there. We waited 20 minutes for our order that we placed prior to leaving and had my confirmation email that the food was ready for pickup prior to getting in line. Do better with your customer service
There is always something missing!!! The food station was dirty!!! The food is mixed with other ingredients because they are poor servers!!! Then have the nerve to charge $2 extra for half a chip bag!!! Never any veggies and no guacamole!!!
