It’s common knowledge the customer service is bad. It is true. Some of the individuals are very rude. It’s obvious some are there just for a check. Usually the food is decent but on this occasion (and the first order of the last shift) the food was clearly just thrown together carelessly.

First time visiting a Dixie Queen... Bacon cheeseburger was on point but the wings were even better!
Terrible. Out of all the times Ive been there they have never asked for the pin code for my card. We heard them behind the window saying oh oh. So when girl in the red shirt with the fake louie vuitton scarf on her head handed us the drinks knowing that the cup was busted at the bottom. Which leaked through the cup holder and in to the console of the car. My husband went back to let them know for them and to give him another drink. The 2 workers started to verbally abuse him. Telling him that there was no manager or corporate number. We came to this location several times and tried to give them mulitple tries. From them not having everthing on the menu to forgetting items in our order. I promise you that they don't gotta worry about me coming back. This has been the last straw.

I was stunned this place was open. Half this little dump was boarded up. The one worked seemed offended by my presence. And it took 20 minutes to get my fish. Don't know why I came, won't come again.

The food was so SALTY that I had to throw it out. Ordered a Philly Cheese sandwich and it was so greasy and salty. I was warned about how Dixie Queen had fallen off since I last visited it 6 months ago.
