Not the best photos because I was eager to dig in. The food was really amazing! I had the lasagna and I grew up in Rome for couple of years. I learned that the best bolognese lasagna should taste the sauce more than anything. The sauce was 10/10. In addition, the risotto… It hits right home for me. It was delicious!! I was surprised that this gem is in Southaven!! We will be coming back!

We started off with the toasted raviolis (3 cheese & 3 meat). They were very large. Needed a tiny bit of salt but overall were really good. Garlic bread is a MUST, it was amazing in the meat gravy (sauce that came with the raviolis) We got casseruola and let me tell you. It was cheesy, it was creamy, it was bacony. 9/10 to me. Only thing that coulda make it better was little more chicken but I won't complain about that. It was great. We also got chicken Marsala and that was not as great. It wasn't bad at all but it lacked the creamy flavor you're supposed to get from the Marsala. Sauce was a little bland but overall not bad. We didn't eat as much of this one and ended up splitting the casseruola. 5/10 on the marsala. Lastly we finished with mocha cake and it was decent. Essentially was just a small brownie in a small cup with one scoop of ice cream on it. Wasn't overly sweet but if you're looking for sweet treat I'd prolly get it again. Now the best part. Stephanie was our waitress and she was constantly checking on us making sure we got what we ordered and refilling our drinks (the glasses are small so we had her running). Overall ambiance wasn't bad. It's a nicer place and we weren't expecting it to be that nice. Definitely weren't dressed for the occasion.

One of our favorite local places to visit. From pasta to steaks, large variety. You are treated like family and it is the epitome of how a restaurant should be. Alex always cooks a great meal and specials are to die for. Big John would be very

Had a disappointing experience at Grisanti's. Ordered a $50 Chianti, but the server brought two carafes instead. After requesting the bottle, she seemed flustered, poured the wine back into the carafes, and later presented an uncorked bottle. No manager addressed the situation, and the overall service was subpar. The food was average; the cannoli was good, but the key lime pie was frozen solid. Unexpectedly fell short of my prior positive experiences with Grisanti’s in Memphis.Vegetarian options: salad, cheese raviolis, meatless pasta and egg plant parmigiana

This is my favorite Italian restaurant and while the menu at Elfo Grisanti's is consistent with other Grisanti's, Elfo is better. I especially love Elfo's eggplant parmigiana. It is superb!

My sister was in town and our mom was going through a really tough moment, so right around the corner was Elfo Grisanti, we walked in without reservations and had the best Italian food and spirits, we could have hoped for. Then again this past December to celebrate a birthday, we made reservations, ate, drank, laughed and were served with kindness, smiles and never did our glasses go empty nor did the chef or service disappoint. It truly was a happy occasion and the candle added to the birthday dessert was perfect! It is a beautiful restaurant with beautiful artwork and music. Thank you for treating us like special guest even though it is obviously just how your restaurant operates.

Occasion was my daughter’s 29th birthday; atmosphere and ambiance flowed with positive energy. Our waiter was Ashton who served us with care and courtesy. The garlic bread was soft and buttery, not hard and crumbly as in some restaurants. The food served quickly and hot, was tasty and enjoyable. The hostesses’ friendly faces welcomed us in, and I can appreciate being treated as a valued customer.

Always a memorable evening at Elfo Grisanti's. Love the variety of choices on the menu and no matter what I order, it's awesome. The ambiance and service keep me coming back. Thankful to have my go to favorite and worth the short drive from Memphis.

This is now my favorite restaurant in the area. Growing up in the Memphis area, I'm familiar with many Grisanti family restaurants and was happy to see this one in the Memphis "South" area. My dinner companions & I sampled each other's dishes...Elfo Special, Manicotti (Della Casa), Fettuccine Alfredo & Eggplant Parmesan were all absolutely fantastic. We also had the fried ravioli (meat & cheese) appetizer... delicious! Our server, Lindsey, was absolutely fantastic with recommendations from the bar & kitchen. If you don't visit this restaurant, you are absolutely missing the best Italian in the area. I will come here every visit in the Southaven area. Chef's kiss!

We made reservations for my daughter’s 16th birthday . We had 14 in our party. Upon arrival we were told only 2 servers were able to come in due to the ice and snow . The restaurant was full that Friday night so we were weren’t sure what to expect . Let me just say , not only did they not miss a beat, our server was so friendly and even took the time to bring my daughters cake out , sing happy birthday , took the cake back and cut everyone a piece and served it to each person . Then they brought what was left over out in a to go box for us . The food was amazing as well . Thanks for making my daughter’s night extra special! It’s the little things … other restaurants should take note! We will be back soon!
