Be sure to count your cookies before you leave the store!! I got to my car and realized that I was a cookie short. I called the store and the young lady told me to come back and they would give me an "extra" cookie. When I got back in the store she asked if I was sure that all my cookies weren't in the bag. She gave me the cookie but there was no apology for the mistake or inconvenience. I think this is very poor customer service. I don't expect anything free but I do expect what I pay for.

Pre ordered a cookie cake 3 days before party , walk in 10min after pick-up time and they are just now putting icing on it .... excuse we had alot of walkins ..... never using this place again . Now I have a cake that looks rushed
