Ordered through DoorDash tonight. The food was good as always! The service was bad, driver just dropped off at the front desk instead of my room. When I called the store the manager proceeded to tell me the drivers English isn't good enough to deliver to my door.

I have ordered here many time, multiple orders. I, personally order a veggie un- wich. (lettuce wrap) 9 times outta 10, it's a piece (or 2) of lettuce thrown down on paper, ,shredded lettuce, tomato slices, cucumber slices, & mayo, NOT WRAPPED UP! its delicious...but cant pick it up! ITS A WRAP!!! Wrap it! I cant eat it just thrown on a piece of wrap!! ( paper!!) then there's the brown lettuce...really?!

I'm fed up with the missing items in my orders. NEVER order a drink via delivery because 8 out of 10 times you won't get it. Then when you call they can't refund you money, only store credit, which can't be utilized through the app. You have to go to the location and order. Maybe calling in an order works, but it wasn't specified.At this point you owe me 6 free drinks, Jimmy John's!This is just one of many issues. I'm done with this location.Also, to the owner, please spare me the repetitive response that you give everyone on here and show that you sincerely care about these issues.

I've frequented this Jimmy John's countless times over a 4 year span, and only recently has it started to feel like it's going downhill. The deliveries are anything but freaky fast. What use to take 15 mins now takes 45 to an hour sometimes. I'm sure being understaffed has something to do with it.There have been times where items were left out and even a time when I ordered online, and due to an error or glitch I was charged 8 times. 8 times.... That was $85.I had to wait 5 business days to get all that money back. I'm fortunate it was nothing huge, but some people aren't fortunate enough to wait almost a week to get $85 back. I really blame the app developers not the store, though some sort of action needs to be taken to further prevent.Bottom line is while the staff has always been friendly it has indeed gone downhill. Their hours of operation seem to be inconsistent as well. There was one weekend when they weren't even accepting deliveries. Possibly understaffed?

Delicious fresh, friendly staff& they stay true to their quote "freaky fast" I have never been disappointed going to a Jimmy Johns. I would have given five stars but there is no drive thru which is important with society& its busy lifestyles

The food was good. But that staff was RUDE this isn’t a Karen post. But this teenager was very mean to my friend while getting our order. He was flat out mean when they didn’t do anything but walk in for their pickup order.

Made my sandwich wrong after they called to confirm substitutions! They also gave me the wrong cookie ordered!
Sandwiches are fine. But they don’t honor the 15% military discount at this location. I asked and they said you have to be in uniform. I reminded them there are no military bases near here, except Millington, which is like 40 minutes away, so you will never see any military in uniform here, basically negating their military discount.

Great staff, good attitudes, and nice prices in comparison to other sub shops in the city. The food is always fresh and fast. The staff is also very quick to correct any wrongs and do so with a smile and apology. Rare in this day and age. I just wish Jimmy Johns stayed open later than 6, atleast on Fridays and Saturdays.

Coworker recommended this place, sandwiches are pretty decent as well as price and even though on my first order and delivery they forgot my bottled water it is still one of my favorite parts of it all, delivery is usually fast so having a sandwich delivered in under 45 mins for 12 or 13 bucks you can't beat it. Plus lots of perks for ordering online under your account
