The kids teriyaki lunch with fried rice is good and it's a decent portion, but I believe they charge extra for the rice to be fried, which isn't communicated over the phone. I'm not sure if this is why my receipt isn't reflecting the lunch price or not (see receipt and website pics). The spicy crawfish roll was top tier. It was really good, however, I think it's ridiculous to charge 55 cents each for eel sauce and spicy Mayo ($1.10, not reflected on receipt because I had to ask for it after I already paid), especially since it doesn't even come on top of the roll. I would've given 4 stars if this wasn't the case and since 3.5 wasn't an option, I'd give it a solid 3 stars.

I absolutely love this place and the service. Only issue I have had is yesterday we went there and I am on crutches due to a fractured leg and the floors are so slick that one of my crutches slipped out and I had to catch myself from falling on that leg, the host acted like it was no big deal and he pretty much ignored the fact and my statement that they needed to do something about the floors. Now my brace is broke and I have to go back and have more X-rays done to make sure there isnt more damage to my leg.

First visit....it was very clean, and our server was attentive and friendly. There were plenty of options on the line to make our bowls. Our bowls were ready in a timely manner. The sushi was good as well. We will be back for sure.

It was my first time! Wow! I was overwhelmed with the infinite selection infinite combination at the Mongolian BBQ delicious delicious delicious. The Superman roll was very good! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ The service was very good also!

We used to eat here all of the time, and loved it. The food was OK, and service was good. It was Very evident how dirty it is- light fixtures have terrible dust and bugs, You can see a layer of dust on all of the glass windows, the floor was so slippery with grease and condensation from a dirty/ bad air conditioner.

I'm sorry but legit can't even come back. Food is good but they are so cheap they can't even get air conditioning. What kind of establishment doesn't have ac in 95° weather? I hate it but I would rather go somewhere else for the same food that cares for their customers

Tried for first time. Took 45 minutes to get our food and no one had clean up our area. They had wiped the table but there was trash on the ground. The salt shaker was gross. It had what looked like grease on it so the salt would clump up when trying to use it. Paid for the food but we are going to have to take it home and doctor it.

My last experience here was poor. They provided two bowls with create your own bowl the first time. Then the second time I visited they said create your own is only one bowl. And made me feel like I was trying to steal food because i was given two bowls. the food was greasy even though I did not add any oil to my bowl. They only half fill some food containers. The food bar area is usually messy with food almost everywhere. This food here is expensive for the amount they give. I will not longer go here. Also the wait was about 30 minutes to cook the food on Saturday night. The customer service could be improved significantly.

The pandemic has changed the experience of going out to dinner with friends and made things quite hectic. While this used to be a restaurant I frequented I probably won't be returning soon. Let me explain. While our customer service was great the server was rushed off his feet. The crowd that was there seemed a bit sketch and because they were understaffed and overcrowded the restaurant was a bit untidy. However they did their best to accommodate guests with the typical quality service and very good libations. The overall experience was lackluster because the ambience wasn't the same with patrons shoving our booth seats until our table was sitting so uncomfortably against our ribs we were forced to move. This is not my idea of a great night. While I understand that the staff and establishment were doing their best and quickly resolved the issued it was less than ideal for me personally as well as being amongst so many ppl not adhering to covid guidelines to remain 6ft apart etc. Please go and enjoy Kublai Khan as my experience is personal to me. However I would suggest maybe trying an earlier time if you are Covid-19 cautious like myself.?
