Our waitress was awesome. Food was mediocre at best. Also, our food was brought by different servers. ( Steak and potato before my beverage. Salad after steak and potato. )

Had booked for a party of 18 at 6pm. Waited 2 hours and was never seated. Ended up going to Memphis BBQ Co. Best choice ever made. Everyone was satisfied and full.

I visited with family on Saturday, April 20, 2024. I have never visited a Longhorn Steakhouse before, but my parents wanted to go. The service was decent. I ordered a burger and my parents got lamb chops (which were initially undercooked). This was my first full meal of the day.The issue came later that night when I woke up vomiting and with chills. I was sick off and on with food poisoning for the rest of Sunday and am still only recovering today. Will not be returning.

I have been to a few Longhorns and they usually are very good. On this visit they were extremely busy with a long wait. Being so busy the service and the meals suffered. Not what I have come to expect coming here.

Today is my birthday 63 now. I order appetizer Wild West shrimp normally inside but got it to go. Big mistake I ordered the 12oz chicken Parmesan too. I am getting a refund now. They microwave the same cold shrimp. Worse Longhorn experience ever and NO I would not recommend ever.

My family and I recently visited Longhorn in Southaven, MS. We took my husband there to celebrate his birthday. Prior to going to the restaurant I looked at the menu online. I decided I’d order the stuffed mushrooms (they were out of them), the macaroni & cheese (they were out of it as well) & the Lamb chops. The Lamb chops looked delicious on the menu. After being told they didn’t have the macaroni or the stuffed mushrooms I was disappointed. However, there were other things on the menu that I assumed would taste just as good. When ordering my entree, I jokingly told the waitress I wanted my Lamb chops to look just like they did on the picture. To my surprise when I received the lamb chops they didn’t have the glaze on them. That’s what makes them have that superb taste. The waitress asked the kitchen why my lamb chops looked dry… she was told they were out of the glaze. Had I known they didn’t have the glaze, I would not have ordered them.I would have perhaps ordered the parmesan crusted chicken. Suffice to say, my visit at Longhorn in Southaven, MS was not what I expected. $157.?

Disappointing Experience at Long Horn RestaurantRating: ⭐ (1 star)Date of Visit: April 6, 2024My party and I recently visited Long Horn Restaurant for dinner on a Saturday evening, expecting a pleasant dining experience. However, our visit was marred by extremely poor service that left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers.Upon being seated at our table, we were greeted by a server who displayed a shocking lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Not only did she roll her eyes upon approaching our table, but she also neglected to introduce herself, provide menus, or even offer a simple greeting. Instead, she dropped the menus and silverware on our table and walked away without a word.Throughout the course of our meal, our server remained uncommunicative and indifferent to our needs. Despite our attempts to engage with her and place our orders, she appeared disinterested and provided subpar service. Our appetizers were served late, nearly an hour after ordering, and one of the items was missing entirely. When we brought this to her attention, she responded with excuses rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.Furthermore, we were disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment or gratitude from our server when presented with the bill. As frequent patrons of Long Horn Restaurant, we expect to be treated with respect and appreciation, neither of which was extended to us during this visit.Overall, our experience at Long Horn Restaurant was deeply unsatisfactory. The poor quality of service and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff member we encountered reflect poorly on the establishment as a whole. As such, I cannot recommend Long Horn Restaurant to others and hope that management takes steps to address these issues promptly. In conclusion, if you're seeking a dining experience characterized by courtesy, professionalism, and respect for the customer, I suggest looking elsewhere.

My family and I decided to have dinner here during the week. We were a party of 4 and Pam was our server. My son order a medium well steak and received one that was pretty over cooked. The steak was practically jerky. We never saw Pam after our food came out so he decided to just go ahead and eat it. We never received a single refill. This server treated us as if we were bothering her from the time we sat down until after we paid. Everything felt like a complete inconvenience to her. Another waiter saw the look on my mom’s face and at that point the manager came over. That was a complete waste of time. Either ask for a better server or go somewhere else, the sad part about this entire experience is that we loved Longhorn.

DO NOT VISIT!!!! Arrived 5 minutes past the time I was notified when my food would be ready for pick up. Upon my arrival, had one person speak to me which was the bartender. She was quick to rush me off while proceeding to tell me that she would tell someone. I am still here 20 mins past the time my food was supposed to be ready and still with little concern from anyone here that I have not been helped or my order taken care of. I would not recommend this location to anyone!! Unfortunate seeing as I work right down the street at a car dealership that I will notify my fellow employees to NOT visit. Finally received my food and still after waiting 45 mins my food was wrong. Very poor experience and service. The bartender Kelsey had some of the worst customer service skills I have come across. Do better!! There is never any excuse for poor service.
