As a customer of Italia for 3 yrs, I ordered meatballs for lunch about a month ago. Inside my mouth, I felt something hard. I pulled a hard piece of plastic out and showed my coworker. It almost choked me. I took it up there to Italia explaining what I found and they bagged it and was going to show owner. My coworker just asked me yesterday if they had ever contacted me with an apology. I said no. Today, I go to pick up pizza for my boss and I ask owner if he knew that I almost choked on plastic disc l found in meatballs. i an truly in shock as he put it right back on me and said "it didn't come from here"...did not take responsibility at all. I am truly disappointed. You have no integrity and no business running a restaurant ..where I was offered no apology, no nothing..just put it back on me. You will never get another dime from me. I'm done.

I am visiting from out of town and love small family owned places especially pizza places. This place cares about their pizza. I had the bbq pork pizza and it was top notch. I also had the mushrooms. Great atmosphere with the different pictures and music. The server Brandinwas really good and actually checked on me.

I will def. never shop here again. I called in an order at 2:12 p.m. and was told my order will be ready in 30-45mins and I get here at exactly at 2:30pm to see a sign that says closed from 2:30pm-430p.m. And the door was locked!! I called three times and nobody picked up. I wanted to see if my order was still placed or cancelled because yea maybe someone didnt look at the time I called and they would be closing at 2:30…but this is Unprofessional….because someone could have called and said hey we will be closed during that time. This will mark the second time ive pulled up to this establishment with the same sign saying the 230 thing but the first time I pulled up so I couldnt order nothing but this time I actually spoke to a young lady and ordered something over the phone and was told 30-45mins. I loved patronizing them but this was very unprofessional!

Picked up two pizzas and a garlic cheese bread on a Friday night. Everything was very tasty. Nice chewy crust. One pizza was a plain cheese pizza and I think the crust and the taste of a plain cheese pizza tells you a lot about a pizza place. The cheese pizza was delightful!! Thin, cheesy, flavorful. Really good. We also got a pizza with Greek olives, onions, garlic. Delicious. All around good experience.

The service was great!! They took their time helping me thru the menu and suggesting good items to try. The ambiance was that of a sports bar/family eatery. A place to come chill. The food was ok, nothing special. Out of the 4 items I ordered, the bruscetta pizza was the very best!!! The Alfredo needed seasoning, the baked ziti needed more cheese and spices, and the cheese ravioli needed more spices in the sauce. For it to be an Italian eatery, they didn't have fresh basil nor any oregano....items that make Italian food good. I'd come back for the pizza if I'm ever in the area...

Service isn't what it used to be. Stopped by a little after 8 tonight. Online it says open until 9. Walked in and were told "we're closing." Yelp shows open until 9 also. At Avellino's, and they are very happy to have us!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery through Door Dash. Pizza was extremely overcooked, and door dash delivery had the wrong address. I love your food, but didn't expect to get such overcooked pizza.

The lasagna was ok. The chicken fettuccine was ok . The chicken fettuccine sauce was good but the chicken in it had a sort of tangy taste to it so I didn't eat the chicken in fear it was bad meat. The pizza was ok. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. The toppings tasted fresh. Average Italian restaurant. The customer service was great.

The parking lot was very nice however they do close it 9:00 p.m. at night so I never made it inside to eat maybe the food was good I don't know I know it's really good on cleaning I deserve that from standing outside the door looking in maybe next time

I had two house guests and had been busy all day preparing to visit VA. One guest was trying to avoid carbs so I suggested cauliflower pizza. After exploring options in my area, I discovered IPC. What a jewel! I placed my order by phone and the young lady was very courteous and helpful. I ordered a white pizza and their meat lovers pizza. All three of us enjoyed immensely and I look forward to exploring and enjoying their other offerings.
