Used to be my fave place to get pizza but wasn’t so great this last time. Pizza was bland and dry. Restaurant was dirty and booth seats need to be replaced.

I visited Lost Pizza on a Tuesday night around 6:20pm to enjoy a night out with my wife for dinner. We ordered our pizzas and drinks. When I went to get Unsweet Tea, I noticed that the pitcher was low. I ended up emptying the Unsweet Tea with one cup and I mentioned that to the staff behind the counter. A little while later when I went to refill my cup with Unsweet Tea, I noticed that it was empty. I then asked the staff and I was told that she wouldn't make any more tea for the night, granted that by now it is around 7pm and they don't close till 9pm, I then mentioned what can I drink since I am a diabetic and in a sarcastic tone, she answered Water. I don't understand how someone can operate a business with people like this. It's not like they are about to close. After that rude answer I noticed about 40 more customers come in to dine. I hope they don't want Unsweet Tea.

Food could be 5 star, if you can get it. More than once, I was given a 25 minute wait for a call in. Got my order an hour later. Dine in customers turned away. Maybe have an adult to run the store?

Very rude staff. When they make a mistake on the order it becomes an inconvenience to the Custer. I picked up an order and when I return to the office one of the items was incorrect. I called the Southaven location and informed them and to ask if I could come back after work for them to fix it and I was told no. I was told that I would have to come back at that current time to have it fix. The lady in the phone stated because they would lose money. HOW???????????????? We will not be returning back to this location

Cauliflower crust is a great option, so you can enjoy your pizza without feeling like you just ate pizza. Great local spot. Has craft beer options as well.Vegetarian options: It's pizza and pasta...so you can build your own vegetarian dish.Dietary restrictions: The cauliflower crust is great .

The wife and I decided to have dinner tonight at Lost Pizza Co. Southaven.We are regulars at both there and Collierville's location. We typically order Mr. G’s sub, and we did tonight.Well, when our order arrived, the subs did not appear to be what we usually get when ordering a Mr. G’s.Mr. G’s has an olive spread, like what you get on a muffuletta, and is typically warm. What we got was not warm, had no olive spread, and had unmelted butter all over the bun.I returned it to the counter and told them this was not a Mr. G’s and explained the difference between what we generally get and what we have.They took it back, and a few minutes later, they returned it to our table, with the only difference being they put the olive spread on it. We decided to eat it rather than carry it back again.So, the sub is served cut in half, and I had eaten half my sub, and my wife was about half through her first half and pulled a long hair out of her mouth.I walked to the counter and was waiting to ask for the manager. While standing there, I had a clear view into the kitchen and could see the cook, well guess what, long hair about to the shoulder without a hair net.I asked for the manager, who came to my table, and I explained everything. He asked if I could wait a minute, and he returned a few minutes later with a pen and a sticky note. He told me he went and told the cook to put on a hair net and then asked for my name and number and then told me he was sorry and the next time we came in, ask for him, and he would make our food for us.That was it! There was no offer of a refund, although he did offer to remake our subs (really). We just found your cook’s hair in our food. Do you think we still have an appetite?People and businesses simply don't care anymore! Anyway, customers beware!We will not be back!
