Marco's is our go to Quick Pizza restaurant. We enjoy so many of the others in our area. However, ordering online and using the coupons has save us time and money. Without sacrificing the taste and quality of our food. Keep up the great work Marco's Southaven!!! I would recommend bringing out orders to the vehicles as offered in curbside.Vegetarian options: Delicious Vegetarian pizza and the salads are pretty good as well.Parking: Plenty of parking without having to pay or walk far.
I went in Marco's no one was wearing gloves handling the food one guy came in from the outside walk in didn't wash his hand just grab the bread start working flipping the bread over his hand in arm hair all on they arm the bread was flipping was all over the hair on they arm you got to see it to believe how nasty it looks I wasn't eating there in never will I was Uber its the one on getwell in Southaven ms and Goodman rd

Horrible customer service. They forget items from your order and still refuse to deliver it regardless of tipping well and paying for delivery. They claimed they couldn’t refund and stated they’d give a store credit but never did.

I ordered online and included my 15% tip and dr Ce to store for curb side pick up. I then sat for over 15 min right in front to f main door while at least 4 people just looked at me like I was an idiot and ignored me. I checked in online as directed and attempted toDoSo an additional 3 times since no one apparently looked at computer to see I was there despite being in front parking spot for curbside pickup. I see no reason to tip for service when I finally had to call and ask if they did curb side pick upOr not…… at which point the young man told me I had to check in online. W.t.f.

I ordered the all meat specialty pizza. I have been wanting this pizza for weeks. I was feeling under the weather and decided to get my favorite pizza. The location I'm very familiar with is in Lakeland. Never disappointed me. This location is horrible. When we arrived to get the pizza everything seemed fine. My daughter put the pizza on her lap as we drove home. Over 7 miles. By the time we got home, her dress was soaked in grease. I mean soaked. I called the store and the young girl told me. She was the one who cut the pizza so she knows it wasn't greasy!!!!! So my response was you're calling me a liar?!!!!! She then proceeded to say she knows it wasn't greasy!!!! And it was nothing she could do. I will notified management in the morning. Hopefully, someone will handle this a lot better than she did!!! Very unsatisfied customer!!!!

Order 12 pizzas for an event. I placed the order and paid the day before. I confirmed twice by phone that the order was not a problem, and would be ready on time, but the order was late. If your order is time sensitive, go some where else. Pizza was ok, just late
