Horrible Experience! Waited 30 minutes on an order of chicken mcnuggets for my daughter. Was told to pull up so they could make the nuggets and bring them out to me. Out of the Three people waiting, the other two was given their meals, but I was still waiting. Had to actually drive around the parking lot to let some other cars by because of where they had me park. After all of this, I still had to go inside and ask for my meal that I paid over 12 dollars for. Was not apologized to or given anything for my 30 minute wait! NEVER AGAIN!!! ????

Did a mobile order and went to drive thru. They told me to hold and another car came and placed a $30 plus dollar order and got their order before me. I was told to pull up, and still had to wait 5 minutes before getting my order. No apology or anything just, "here you go."

Once we got our order, the food was very good. However, the lady who seemed to be in charge was very rude and yelling at the other employees. I'm not sure why anyone would want to work that shift at McDonald's if she was in charge. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

Waited over 20 minutes to get 3 egg biscuits. I am not sure why this takes this long, what is the point of fast food. We ended up going in to get it…bad service. I get being short handed but counted 8 cars after us. Manager, this needs some attention.
I used the mobile app to order my food and had to pull around front to wait for my order, when I finally got my order I left and got home to discover the chicken nuggets I had ordered weren’t in the bag but the sauces were. My medium fries were also just spilt in the whole bag too. I called and was asked if I can come back, a 10-15 minute drive from my house and was trying to ask if anything else was possible but I don’t know if they could hear me but kept asking if I can come back to get them which I reluctantly said yes. So I had to drive back and get my nuggets, which weren’t even for me but my mom. I finally get home again and go to eat my fries and burgers, to which my fries are cold and bland and one of my burger has a good bit of burn stuff on it.

I ordered the by one get one for $1. I only ordered two McChickens and they said my meal was supposed to be $3.29. I pulled up to the window and she said, that's $23 and took my card and shut the window. I tried to get their attention, but I was ignored. I told the lady, "I don't remember 2 McChickens being $23. They "refunded" me but conveniently refunded me $22 instead and said, "here's your receipt with the refund on it".I realized what happened when I got home, because I checked my bank account and was not refunded the full amount. I called up there and basically the "manager" and had a yelling match about what happened. Didn't get it back of course, cause I'm not driving back across town. It's the principle of the matter, don't steal a dollar from someone just cause you can.
