They have the best service! We go here with groups of 12 to 25 once a week, and they take care of us so well. Oh and their food is also delicious!

Mi Pueblo has poor customer service, on last night, it was Lewisburg High School Senior Graduation. We got their at 8:45pm, we didn’t receive our food until 10:15pm. My older brother never received his food. Everyone else had already got theirs, we continued to inform the waitress about his food. They never did bring it. But offered him Chicken Tenders & Fries. He didn’t want it b/c that wasn’t what he had asked for. So I recommend you all to go to Mi Pueblo’s in Hernando MS

Oh my gosh! The food was amazing. I had chicken quesadillas with sour cream and guacamole, and a side of rice. My waitress was Karina. She was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

I had steak. Others at my table had steak and chicken fajitas. Margaritas were sooo good. Food was delicious, service excellent and prices very reasonable.

I used to really like this place a lot. This last time I was disappointed in the food , especially the flautas. They are supposed to be crispy fried tortillas with chicken inside. Instead I got two soggy tortillas with some kind of slimy , super salty sauce on them.

Drinks are strong but we were constantly forgotten about and we didn't order much for the long wait. We ordered water and drinks when we first sat but he forgot us. It took so long just to bring drinks and queso that I decided not to order a meal because I didn't want to wait forever.

We ordered to go, when we got there, they charged us for 2 jalisco fajita dinners which are 26.99, we only ordered 1, with 2 other dinners. Husband didn't know what I ordered, paid for it , got home and they completely left one of the fajita dinners off. Now I'm mad as hell. He goes back and just hand him 27$. So of course no tax included. Get it together people ?

I pre-ordered the Chicken Cheese and Rice (add steak).. the food was not warm, the cheese was not melted.. it wasn't a good first experience for me at this restaurant. Oh and the tortillas that came with it were crunchy, I couldn't even roll my food in them. ☹
First time here & the food was spectacular, no long wait & awesome customer service.

I'm not one to complain but this place was awful. I've eaten there before and had pretty a good experience. This time was totally different. The restaurant was dirty, the service was the worst I've ever experienced and the food wasn't cooked properly. I highly recommend that you find another Mexican restaurant if you want to enjoy your experience.
