Fantastic sushi and really cute plating! We loved every bit of our meal and the service was fast. If we're ever in town again we'll definitely come back!

I've been coming here for a few years now, and it's always been very good. The servers are always friendly and prompt if I have any requests. If something is wrong, they do their best to make it right. I love the sashimi and sushi dishes. The restroom got a huge facelift over the last few months and is a major improvement. I went there today and noticed they fixed the TV on the wall. Overall, time and time again they've shown that they care.

Walked out of a near by sushi restaurant due to the overall terrible service and condition of the place. It was filthy and employees were more concerned what was happening on their phone than providing any amount of customer service.Naru was clean and the service was great. Sushi was top tier. Won’t go anywhere else for sushi in desoto county again.I’d give them 10 stars if possible.

I have been going to this restaurant for the past few months and never had any problem with service. Today I tried a new sushi roll on the menu and informed my waiter that I did not like the taste. I asked if I could get something I had already tried. The waiter stated yes but came back and told me I would only be able to get half of the new roll since I had already eaten some of the roll I did not like. Which was understandable but I was not understanding how my check would be affected. Next thing I know someone came from the kitchen and things escalated. My waiter seem bothered by the kitchen rep trying to explain something to me. However, he did not make anything better or understandable so I just paid for my food including the sushi that I barely ate and left. There needs to be someone who is capable of effectively communicating with their customers and some kind of written policy on the menu If not already. If there is a policy on the menu then please simply point that out to the customer. I would have been 100% more understanding. Instead I was confused on why things escalated due to a misunderstanding of their payment method for unwanted food.

This restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was delicious and served quickly. The ginger salad and mushroom soup paired perfectly. I had the steak hibachi and my wife had the chicken hibachi. We highly recommend this place.
Naru is one of the most RACIST establishments I’ve ever been in. Never will I support this business again.
