I ordered on Uber eats 8/17/2023 and received the wrong order. I called the restaurant and advised them of their error and the manager on duty told me that the video showed that they packed my order correctly. I gave him my cell number then sent him a pI tire of what I received and he told me they we cleaning the grill pre closing time and to contact Uber. Never order from a place with poor customer service when you give them an opportunity to make it right. Speaking of Uber, they did refund me on behalf of your F up!

My waitress definitely needs more training. She played more than checked on the customers. She was acting weird because I was alone and asked to be at a booth. The food was bland. My last experience was the same.

Not good at all . The cheese dip was thin , the chicken fajitas or should I say veggie fajitas had enough chicken for only two tortillas . And the prices are wrong . Ordered a lime margarita pitcher on the menu is says 18.49 . It was 19.99 on receipt and it was the worst margarita I had and it hard to mess that up . Don’t go you will regret it !!!

Food was alright, cheese dip tasted nice, but was as thin as water. The waiters were nice but it took 45 minutes to get our food, and when we got it one of our orders was completely wrong!! And they didn’t even give us silverware, not only that but the food all tasted like fish, probably due to cooking with similar pans, when father ordered the tamales, he was met by a GIANT LUMP of “salad” on top with taqitos all over it, the taqitos did not taste good, in fact they tasted like shrimp and one had a toothpick in the middle! My father pulled it out of his mouth and me and my friends jaws dropped. My chicken fajitas were good but portions all over the place, there was almost no chicken in there at all for 15 dollars! We also got a chorizo taco which also was bland, everything was cooked in the same fryer and it all tasted like fish. Horrible service, reminder this is the same place that had reports of cockroaches in food which I usually chalk up is fake but this is ridiculous, I don’t even write bad reviews like that but this place wowed me and lowered the bar. We came at 6:50 and left at 8:10 note almost and hour of that was waiting for food and the check. I would also like to add this place was previously Santa Rosa but under this new name the food is way worse than what Santa Rosa used to have. 100% do not recommend. 1/10. We spent: $23 dollars not including whatever that mountain of lettuce that tamale was, and make sure to check your food for things you can choke on when they still taste like S##T. The first time in my life I have ever seen my father send something back, or even say something sucked this bad, and we try every Mexican restaurant we see. We tipped 5 dollars.

I go here very often. As a happy plate lover I must say they definitely have the freshest and best flavor in Southaven this far that I’ve tried. And I’ve tried a lot of different Mexican restaurants here and not all of their food taste fresh or only give you a tad bit of cheese. Here, I’ve never not had a plate that didn’t feel made out of love. Don’t get me started on their daiquiris. Literally one of the best I’ve had. It’s not to icy but not to liquidy at the same time. I think they make them with tequila ima not sure but once I stand up I definitely feel good after 1. Strawberry & Banana oh my goodness is a must. The customer service is always great. Food has always came out in a timely manner. They have one server most times I go and he’s awesome along with the 2 women who get your drinks and chips. Sitting outside on their patio after 5 is also very beautiful. Overall I love this place and it’s service so I felt like it was only right to come and leave them this review. If you guys try it out I hope you enjoyKid-friendliness: We sit out on the patio and bring our baby with us and the server always acknowledges him whether we bring him or not and it’s the sweetest thing ever.

Horrible Customer Service and Food. Placed an order on their website. Order total $31. I sent my husband to pick up order and he returned with someone else order. Tried to get the issue resolved and they refused to fix the order. Instructing me to contact Postmate to get a refund. I did nor want nor asked for a refund. I wanted the order I paid for in advance. Horrific Customer Service I will never order or visit this restaurant again. You all save your money and the frustration and go to another restaurant that will valve your time and money.

We were sooo hungry!! I ordered through Uber Eats and it was great. The rice and beans weren't really hot and they need some work but the fresh Guacamole was AWESOME! I had the mixed parrilla, ordered two by mistake, I'm so happy that I did. It was delicious! Hubby had the shrimp burrito and a steak burrito. That was also delicious! We were on the road all day and this was just what we needed. I'm sure we'll be eating here again before we leave. Now I need a nap!
