They were unbelievably quick, especially with as many customers as were there. Our order was accurate and we didn't have to ask for napkins. The servers with skates were a pleasant touch.

Customer service is a joke. Your store would rather have a horrible write up than to satisfy their customer with a request that was paid for and they got it wrong. The general manager of this location need to teach it’s employees a better way to handle service. Chic fila thrives on customer service… apparently Sonic doesn’t.

Ordered on the app to have ready at 7:40 still I sit at 8:25 with no food and hardly any vehicles here. For an order that is less then $16 this is atrocious service. If it wasn't already paid for I would've left 25 minutes ago. I need to be reimbursed for this!!
