“Cool place, the downstairs be be loud especially when it's busy which is often the case, the upstairs is very cool, love when all the doors are open. They do offer brunch on weekends which is pretty good. Service can be a bit slow but they try their best even when they seem understaffed.“

“I ordered 2 separate times. First order had a kids chicken & dumplings with green beans, baked chicken with double mashed potatoes with gravy, & fried okra, and a side of rice with gravy. Second order was of snack pack (Baked Wings) for $5 and 16oz rice with gravy for a total of $10.99. Chicken & dumplings are better than Cracker Barrel’s. Fried okra tasted little bland, it needs some seasoning. Snack pack, you have 6 choices and it comes with crinkle cut fries for $5. The fries taste like fries. The baked wings were delicious. The seasoning had a bit of a bit, however I had no issues with it. I was craving rice with gravy. The rice isn’t fully cooked, however it hit the spot for me wanting it. Gravy is your typical brown gravy. Their sweet tea is great. Is this place worth it? Yes. The price over all for what I got is great. Really good food. Could it be better? Yes.Vegetarian options: They do have a nice selection vegetarian choices.Parking: They have a spacious parking lot. Able to park where you want.Kid-friendliness: There is a kid’s menu and it’s a really good price for it.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to come into the door, they have tables you can come up to. Easy access to the counter to order food. Only problem I would think is you have to go through another door to get to the restroom.“

“I was a first timer and I'm always excited about supporting a black owned business and I told the cashier that but she wasn't friendly or talkative at all, the food was expensive (but what's not these days) but IT WAS SOOO GOOD! I will try once more and hopefully the owner reads this and will speak with cashier about her unfriendly, unconcerned customer service.“
“Wow! A hidden gem in Memphis! Amazing Food and Great Customer Service. The owner is a Professional and Excellent cook. The Fish Sandwich was the best I ever had in my life! My only critique would be how the fish and grits were plated, once i made it home, a great amount of my grits were in the bag but other than that everything was good. I will definitely be going back to try the jerk chicken and rice.“
“My husband and I aren't fans of buffets under normal circumstances but we were given free breakfast by the hotel so we figured, why not? We came down for Saturday breakfast buffet and scored a very nice booth right across from the buffet area. Our friendly waitress immediately brought coffee and juice and checked on us throughout the meal and removed the plates, etc. She was a sweetheart. She even brought me a mug to include in my instagram pic that said "Guest House at Graceland" while I was taking pics of my guitar waffles, lol. The choices are great - they had eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy all warm in the warming station. They also had a waffle bar and omelette bar you could order made fresh for you. My husband had a HUGE omelette and enjoyed it. The waffle was good and had a guitar in the center. They had a side bar with fresh fruits, yogurt, parfait and cereal and milk. The food was very good, warm, fresh and constantly being refilled. Inside seating is nice, tabletop was nice, and the decor is nice. It was very clean. We actually really enjoyed the meal and commented it was way above expectations.“

“I was in Memphis working and asked the employees at the site where was a good place to get food… BABYYYY!! When I say they were on POINT with this one??!! Im not ashamed to admit I ate there 3 days straight, lol!! The fried chicken is just RIDICULOUSLY good!! The Mac and Cheese and Yams make you want to marry whoever is in the back whipping the food up!! Even the rice and gravy took me back to my childhood!! Just good eats and a great experience!! “We swung by this spot on our way out of town because it had been calling my name on Yelp, and it sure didn't let us down! The fried chicken was among the best I've ever tasted - perfectly spicy and oh-so-crunchy, just how you'd want it. The sides didn't disappoint either; we went for the fried pickles (heavenly!), mac and cheese, and fries. Regrettably, I didn't snap a photo of our feast, but trust me, it was spectacular. And the staff? Simply wonderful. Their smiles and helpfulness really made us feel right at home.“
