We went to the memphis TN poplar ave location. They Took more than 30 minutes to bring out food out !! I had the pork sensation skillet . I finally got my food it was really bland no seasoning , hash browns was dry , i got some cubed ham that look like it came out the pack , with bacon bits , and no sausage . Food was cold . Biscuit was dry and gravy was nasty lemonade was watered down

Overall was very good! Everyone was so nice! My boyfriend & I loved our drinks (Cinnamon Roll Latte & Chai Tea Latte -by far the best Chai I’ve had in years). The power breakfast was a little on the smaller, lacking side but the strawberry shortcake stacks were phenomenal! All and all it was fantastic, I wish we had something like this up in Chicago!

The food is better quality then other places but not great. The grits were good but came out luke warm, the cinnamon pancakes were decent but were lacking, the sweet potato fries were covered in honey and these were really good. My breakfast burrito was only decent and I was a little disappointed. They charged me an extra dollar ( not that a dollar is a super lot) for my pancake as a side when a thorough look over of the menu did not show why I would need to pay that extra dollar for my side to the burrito. If it's happening to me, it's happening to everyone that's getting the burrito and the side. Not ok for a business to do and it needs fixed. Overall the meal was enjoyable and the inside was creative. The weirdest and most disappointing part was they sit you, then you have to get up, wait in line, and go order at a counter. You don't really have a server but they still have a tip jar on the counter for simply taking your order and doing nothing more besides bringing out the food like chick fila. If your not really serving me, take away the tip jar so I don't feel uncomfortable for not tipping for no reason. I do still recommend this place.
