We ordered 5 sandwiches from this location today. Once we got back to the office, I bit into my sandwich and I had to literally pull a long black hair out of my mouth. I called the store and requested a refund. I brought the sandwich back to them, as requested. The lady working was very rude and questioned everything I told her. Not once did she apologize for the mistake. And gave me a hard time doing the refund. Not very good customer service. I know mistakes happen, but at least apologize and act like you care.

Visited today. The service was on spot the tuna and all the vegetables were so fresh. Everyone was so helpful and so friendly. I wish there were a way to give them 10 stars. I was very comfortable and everyone so helpful. Best subway I have visited in a very long time. I hope these employees stay around. incredibly rude customer service. literally ignored the customers, didn't greet them, and barely conversated with them while making sandwiches. they don't take coupons, which isn't listed anywhere in their store. terrible management and it shows in the employees. specifically Gary.

Subway sent coupons in the mail to the house. They would not honor the coupon that there own company sent out to everyone. And on top of that the cashier was rude about it. So they won't have to worry about me ever going back !!!

The lady that works weekend mornings is the best. Makes a great sandwich and remembers your orders after you come in a time or two, plus she always has a smile and a conversation for you.

Food was good. I had a chicken bacon ranch on Italian Herb bread (my usual). However, they had no rotisserie chicken. I usually get my usual with rotisserie but not today.
