The employee working the window tonight ( Tuesday December 19 2023 at 1:20 AM) is amazing! They absolutely made my week. They were so close to closing time but still had a kind, professional, positive attitude and were so accommodating even though the establishment had ran out of many things by that point. One of the best experiences and best dinners I’ve had in a while. Acts of kindness make a huge impact and not everybody realizes this or lives by this truth, but the employee at the window surely does. Also whoever prepared the food, which I’m pretty sure the employee at the window assisted with because they had to leave the window to walk back to the line. I pray they are blessed and have a Merry Christmas because I really needed this tonight/early morning (about 1:20 AM) and it was so refreshing to be treated so kindly even when they were close to closing time. 5 stars all around!!!!! Wish I knew the employee’s name. I have been there before while they were working and it is always a great experience. I will most definitely be back and will catch the name of the employee next time so that I can give adequate appreciate and hopefully see if there is a survey I can fill out so that they’ll get the credit and acknowledgment they deserve. Thank you so much!!! Employees threatening for door dash employees tonight for whoever worked after 11pm. I have reported this store to door dash support. Don’t think it’s okay to be threatening to shoot people and stalk them. Terrible customer service all around and all the employees on this shift of 10/23/23 ought to be locked up in jail or worse for this.
