Visited the drive thru and only ordered a large drink $3.18. I was also charged for someone Meal @ $15. Called the establishment about 4xalso left a message to no avail. Mybank did refund me with no problem. Fooled once cant fool me again young lady at the window!

I placed a mobile order before arriving at the restaurant. I wound up driving around the building twice because, in 15 minutes, I was never acknowledged at the drive thru. Sign on the door says they open at 6:30, but really it is whenever the employees feel like it.

Low scores due to unprofessional employees, they didn’t seem to care if we were there or not. Food wasn’t ready until I went back to the counter to remind them we hadn’t gotten the food yet. Part of the order was still wrong. Most of the fountain drinks were not available. Bathroom paper towel holder was out of towels. It’s unfortunate that this type of service has begun to be the normal in this area, sad for sure.

Online it says they open at 6:30 am. If you go between 6:30am and 7:00am they always refuse to fulfill your online order or take your order there!! They just tell you they arent open. What a shame because they have great breakfast!

This location and service I am rating a low score due to the professionalism of the staff and timeliness of receiving my food. The staff was playing, laughing and running around while I was at the window to receive my food. Then once I paid I was asked to back backwards and then once they came back to the window they then told me to pull forward. When asked why did I need to pull backwards I was told because my food wasn't ready. Makes no sense to me why I was instructed to do that but they really need real management there who takes proud in their job to make sure the business is being ran properly

The hamburgers did not taste good. The fries were cold and tasted old. The coke machine was out of more than 70% of favors. They were also out of ketchup. The bathrooms did not look like it was clean here within the last week. Drive thru sign was also off to make it appear they were closed. When they were still open for another 2 hours. I would not recommend this Wendy's.

This is the worst Wendy's! Order was wrong, fries cold. Guy that took my order is the one that messed it up but not listening. Even messed up the gentleman's behind me. When I went to get corrected, he told manager "she didn't ask for that". I always order my burgers the same. He was rude & we were in line for about 10mins before we were even acknowledged. Lobby was filthy. Will not be back! I'll wait next time until I get back to Olive Branch. If I would have noticed the condition of lobby before ordering, we would have left immediately.
