“Not really sure why everyplace now a days has a sign up saying only excepting card or exact cash. And I've had these places keep my change. Not saying Wendy's ever has, really can't remember. But they do have the sign up. Food and service was great though. ?“
“Prompt service at drive thru window, line moved quickly, cashier was friendly, I didn’t have to ask for napkins, knife/fork, spoon, or salt/pepper - it was all packed nicely in the bag with the food, it was really nice not having to ask for it. They thought enough to include the things you’d need to eat each thing i ordered. Forkable foods require a fork to eat them, as do spoons for spoonable foods. Etc. Fast food was created for eating away from the home, and no-one needs to bring their silverware into the car to eat it ..we have plastic silverware to thank for that but it makes me crazy when i must ask for it specifically! Why don’t all fast food do this??Thank you Wendy’s for paying attention.“
“Cooked food was hot and fresh. My baconator was perfect! Reason for 4 stars were the drinks from the fountain in the dining room tasted terrible and the machine was filthy. That and I ordered a medium fry and my husband a large and his large had less than my medium! Fries should be almost overflowing for what they cost! The dining room could be cleaner but the women's bathroom was clean and stocked which was nice. I would suggest though to get some warm water to the restroom sinks. No hands get clean with freezing cold water. Service however was friendly and fast!! Just need some little improvements but sometimes it's the little things that count.“
