Started off as great restaurant but later start going down. Ordered 3 large milkshakes and took over 30 minutes to get my order. A man ordered online and waited an hour to get his order. And two other people came in and waited and no one took there order and they turned and left out. This is sad that these workers have no sense of urgency or responsibility to prepare orders in a timely manner and these restaurants hire young people as managers the same ages as the employees. Also, our chocolate milkshakes had very little taste. Makes you second guess going back.

Rather new location of a well-known Texas-based chain. Quick ordering, and table delivery with your choice of condiments (no awvaible in grocery stores). Efficient, delicious and filling.

Today was my first time going, and it was absolutely amazing! Mr. Mark was very helpful and very patient when it came to me picking my food. Food was delicious! It was very clean and an amazing atmosphere! I would definitely recommend!

The welcome was great. But when I ordered my food at 12:20pm. (on the receipt) I did not receive my food until 12:35pm. I thought it was supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Also, people received their food first even though they came in after I did.

Whoever was working the drive thru on 3/1/24, let us sit there for 15 minutes right after she took someone's order in front of us in the same line, and then told us the line we were in was closed. Go to the one on the other side of southaven, these people are terrible.

ONION RINGS were not fresh even though there was a long wait for just us being in line. I asked for ranch and was told they charge for that. I would of paid for it but didn't want to dig for the card again. They should ask if you want any sauces in drive thru if they are gonna be sticklers about one ranch dressing when my order was 20 bucks. Don't think I will eat here again until I forget how much they sucked.

We stopped by there tonight after work because a friend recommended it. My friend told me they were open 24/7 and you could walk in after midnight. The door was locked so we went through the drive-through. I told the young lady that I had two separate orders. She said we can only do one order. I said, excuse me, only one order. She said yes, we can only do one order per vehicle. So we left and I do not plan on coming back. That’s a horrible business model, and I’m sure whoever owns the restaurant would not approve. I’m pretty sure they just didn’t want to take any orders. They just want to be there and get paid but not do any work.
