This place is absolutely the worst wing stop ever. I placed an online order at 7:43p. The wait time says 35-48 mins. Ok cool .. so I waited around at home giving them time to prepare the order. I received a confirmation saying that my order was completed. I headed to the store and upon arriving I told the lil skinny girl with the bad ugly wig that I was picking up an order that I placed online. Remind you this order was placed online at 7:43p I arrived to the store at 9:12p. She proceeded to tell me that my order wasn’t complete and that it’ll be ready in 25-30 min. Like what how is that when I ordered online. I asked for a refund and I was told that I couldn’t get a refund from them and I had to request my refund online. I asked what was corporate number and the manager stated that he didn’t know corporate number. In the mist of talking to the manager the phone was ringing and a customer reached over the counter and answered the phone I’m confused as to who work here and who the customer the manager in training gave the customer a hive and told her girl I’m glad you answered the phone. Rick Ross must don’t know how ratchet these folks are that representing his stores. They literally make this company look bad. A bunch of young kids with no manners and no home training. Unprofessional and rude. If I could have given these rats a zero star rating I would have but since I can’t ima just give these hethin’s 1 star.

The manager at this particular Wingstop was rude and displayed poor customer service skills. With my order and my daughter in laws order we spent over $70. The wings flavorless, we order parmesean and lemon pepper wings but you couldn't tell which was suppose to be which. You couldn't tell from looking because there was no sauce.... and you couldn't tell by doing a taste test because there was no seasoning. They couldn't even be labeled as seasoned because there was none. I normally like Wing STOP but definitely will not be returning to this location

I placed an online order that was still being made when I went to pick it up. When I made it home I was missing a part of my order and wasn’t able to return immediately. When I went back in the next day the person on duty was helpful and apologetic for the issue and made my order a priority and I was in and out in 5 minutes or less. Although, I had an initial issue that was pretty inconvenient, I really appreciate that it was resolved with little to no fuss especially with customer service appearing to be in a downward spiral. Food was fresh and pretty good and this was my first visit to this location.

Place an order the night before for the Super Bowl(Saturday). Pick up was set for 4:30 pm on Sunday. Got to the restaurant and they couldn’t find the order. After looking for about 5 mins we had to reorder the food. It was pure chaos. Later we learned that none of the online orders went through. I should have just canceled the order and got refunded. I will give them another chance because this is a new location and the worker trying to help us was nice. Hopefully they will work all the kinks out soon.

My order was ready when I arrived. It was everything I asked for, and the wings were delicious.
They must steal the season & take it home with them cuz its for sho not on the wings & corn. Lemon pepper wings are their famous favor & they never season them good, can’t even see the season. The corn has no Cajun to it just tastes like sweet corn. They must ran out of fries so they cooked to diff fries and the wedge ones are half done smh. This location not gone last long. Ima have to start back riding to the one in Bartlett, TN., they always on point! They are nice but when your order is ready they do NOT let you know so if you don’t check in with them it will just set there. I was excited about this location but it’s pure disappointment!

I was a bit hesitant to order from Wingstop due to the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. Although the fries were good, I would have preferred them to be a little more crispy. However, the wings were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The chicken sandwich was amazing, with a soft bun that was slightly heated. The food was served hot, but it took around 20 minutes to receive my order. Also, my bbq boneless wings could have used just a little more sauce, but it wasn't a huge deal. I would recommend placing your order ahead of time, but overall the food was great and I would definitely consider going back.
