So I was stationed in Japan while in the USAF. I've been to these restaurants before. I loved it! My wife (whose never lived in Japan) did not like it.. I say give in a try.

This place customer service has went down tremendously. I came in to pick up my order and when I came to pick it up , lady at the front immediately asked me if I was at the right location ( appeared to have a bit of an attitude ) . She checked in the back with the cooks about my order came back with my order was not given a warm welcome or goodbye. When I was standing there waiting on my food other employees just looked at me very awkwardly without so much as a smile. Staff not friendly and when the lady came back with my order I asked was I at the right location she said “ I don’t know , do you want the food or not “. Very rude and unprofessional response. I remember when they first opened up me and my sister came here all the time as regular customers I will never be back and the food is mediocre and overpriced now.
