I come here all the time but I must say that on Sunday my order wasn’t up to par. This was very disappointing. My fries were overcooked as well as my wings. My wings were too hard to even enjoy. Please do better.

The lady that took our order and ran the register acted like she didn't want to be there. I wanted Dr. Pepper, I said, "excuse me, the Dr.Pepper is out". Before she turned around, she rolled her eyes so hard and preceeded to say, "you gone have to choose something else then". I was like, "um, okay"!!!! I sat down to eat my food, decided I wanted some ranch. First off, she saw me standing at the register, she walked off very slowly as if she didn't see me, walked from around the register about a couple feet from where I was standing, still didn't acknowledge I needed assistance. She walked back behind the counter, continued not acknowledging me until i said, "excuse me ma'am, I would like to purchase some ranch." Her customer service alone will not ever allow me to enter there again. The food was okay, overall but took about 40 mins. to get it when call in orders were going out left to right.

Too big and chewy could not enjoy one and I got a 30 piece with 4 different flavors! First time they were smaller the way wings supposed to come with out all those steroids, these I should have saved my money!!! Sauces good wings to big and chewy!!!!

Gave this place a try on Sunday & brought my family. We had a pretty reasonably sized order.Now I completely understand they take call-in orders, as I witnessed about 6 different people come in & pick up their food while we were waiting for ours.That being said, when you run a restaurant where customers are dining in, they should take priority. Food should also be served all together at the same time. So 2 orders of fries come out.. Wait 5 minutes then 1 of the 10 piece orders of wings comes out (that we all shared)Wait 5 minutes, then my sons boneless wings come out. Wait 5 more minutes, then my other sons burger comes out. Wait 5 more minutes, and then the appetizer of loaded fries comes out that were hard as rocks. Then my wife's burger comes out.. Wait another 5 minutes & then my burger comes out... still waiting on my oldest sons food... ask the lady behind the counter if they had forgotten his food? She said they had messed it up & she sent it back. (Which we were thankful for.) But after my son got his food 15 minutes after I got mine, another 10 minutes goes by before we got the last 2 orders of French fries...Then to top it off, they charge extra for KETCHUP packets. Also (my personal opinion) dressings like ranch & blue cheese should be made in house, not "kens" in a small serving... 1 small serving of ranch for 10 wings is not enough. & of course they charge extra for more.On a very positive note, the fountain drink machine was "PERFECT ". The burgers were ALL perfectly cooked & very tasty. The garlic parmasian wings were yummmmmmy. My sons boneless wings were Nashville Hot & all 3 of my kids who LOVE hot spicy wings all said it was the most disgusting thing they had ever eaten ?♂️...

Walked in at 930 p.m. - kid in the back looks at me, looks at the order taker and shakes his head no and refuses to take our order when they cease orders at 930 and close at 10.We picked this place to try on our only night in town.I'd be pissed if I were the owner.

If you are looking for good food, check out You've Been Sauced by Will Smith in Southaven. Wings are huge, cooked perfectly and very tasty. They are located near the Malco Theater where the old Lenny's used to be. I will definitely order from them again. Next time I will try a burger. I ordered through Uber Eats. Food was great!!

I put in an order for DoorDash and after waiting about 30 minutes they just cancelled my order out of no where and said they was fix my order. Why have me waiting for 30 minutes only to cancel it! Really wanted those wings.

We've found one of our favorite chicken spot. The customer service is always very good just like their food. I've tried the wings regular and battered both are good but I love that crunch of the batter. Garlic parmesean is my favorite my kids like the Garrick flavor. Must go try them.

Order boneless, half seasoned with Caribbean J*** and half with HBCU. The j*** wings are ? and had cut up peppers. I can't do that again. The HBCU was easier to handle. Forgot to say extra crispy but they came out like that anyway so that was really good. The owner was there and noticed we sat there for awhile, he came over and asked for our name and checked on the food. Also got the frozen lemonade ?. Definitely going back. The food wait is 25-30 mins.
